Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.

Preparing the dismantled surface ready for taking new reinforcement/concrete by using approved anti corrosive chemical and bonding compound. 3. Relaying of the dismantled portion of RCC in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) above plinth level up to floor five level, including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling PVC rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :

Arresting leakage near overhead PVC water tank through GI pipe of dia up to 32mm by cutting and dismantaling upto length of 1.50 Metre and refixing with new CPVC pipe including cutting and fixing the pipe and making good, etc all complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (Note: New CPVC Pipe will be paid in main item)

Cleaning of over head tank/under ground sump by following method : (1) Empting the tank/sump and make it near to dry (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly @ 150gms /1000 Ltrs. to the inside surface and wait for one hour (3) After one hour clean the surface perfectly by removing the scaling on the walls with rotary jet mechanism (4) Removing mud, silt, sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump (5) Spraying anti bacterial agent on walls to kill harmful bacterial agent on walls to kill the harmful bacteria complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate includes filling of outlets of tank with cotton during cleaning the tanks and cleaning of all the dirt/ waste etc., from the terrace)

Weeding out vegetation growth embedding from the bulding at different locations and at varying height from 3mtr to 10mtr from ground,plucking, pulling out roots embedded deep inside the building, pouring acid to prevent further gowth of plants complete etc., as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of floor / wall tiles in bath rooms, WCs and wash area etc using detergent, acid etc., complete as directed.
