PART-A Daily operation and upkeepment by 3(Three) nos operator & 1(one) no Electrician of 11/0.433KV, 315 KVA Sub-station having 2 nos Transformer of capacity 315 KVA ( two nos ONAN ) , 1 no. single panel 11 KV VCB panel , 1 no.3 panel VCB Panel, C.T.,P.T., 7-12 KV, 11±1% 315 KVA Automatic Voltage Regulator alongwith Online UPS, Battery charger,L.T. PDB Panel and relevent output feeders etc. complete & all other electrical accessories and Ancillaries as per instruction and satisfaction of EIC on round the clock basis (three shift of operation) including checking of healthly condition of all draw out feeders daily by Electrician having valid and approprite License (Workmans' Permit), issued by Directorate of Electricity(Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. or of any other state Govt. of India or by person having ITI(Electrician) Certificate, checking and fault finding of all interconnected power cables laid among different workhouses like sub-station, high lift pumping station, internal distribution wiring and illumination of above stated work station & findings to be recorded in the log Book and switching ON/OFF of the Indoor and Outdoor Illuminations & other accessories as & when required on daily-basis.

Periodial inspection thrice in a month and as & when required by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisors' certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/Supervisor. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the Pump House & Sub-station Building. The Supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/ fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e.VCBs, HT & LT Panel Boards, Cables, capacitors, Transformer, Battery and Battery charger along with in-house lighting system.

Periodical maintenance by Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in the existing HT & LT panel board, PDBs, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils etc at the site once in a month along with minor repairing (if required) of the electro mechanical equipments by supplying necessary sundry materials/electro mechanical accessories as required in presence of Electrical Supervisor/ Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date.

Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter, Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter, Multifunction meter etc. and testing of all relays, LT & HT breakers, earthing arrangement system including testing of transformer & AVR oil by any agency approved by Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating unit, twice in a year and submission of the test report in duplicate to Department in each case as required and as per direction of EIC.
