Dismantling of ceiling board(Fibre,pulp,,any type of insulation etc) or insulation board / slabs/any thickness including cover fillets and aluminiu frame work all as specified.

Supply and fixing GI snap grid frame work (Grid size 605cm x 605cm) for false ceiling consisting of main runner 'T' of size 24mm x 32mm and 0.3mm thick , Secondary runner 'T' of size 24mmx25mm and 0.3mm thick,GI angle 24mmx24mm and 0.4mm thick,Bottom exposed capping of width 24 mm of all T-sections shall be of 0.25mm thick PPGI, hot dipped galvanised steel with zink coating not less than 120gm / Sqm ,ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI wire hanging from existing purlins /roof slab with butterfly clips including Gypsum ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 x 9 mm laminated with 0.07 mm thick polyvinyl film on the face side and 10 micron metalized polyester film on the back side fixed on GI snap grid all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Chage. S&F for 5 mm thick prelam PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on wall inclusive of Solvent Cement and fixing at site all as specified.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust.

M&L for water proofing treatment in the following sequences:- (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm cover the surface till the surface properly impregnated and insolvent oil primer evoporate completely. (b) Applying 2nd coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and as directed . Make :-Torchstar, Asian Paint, Sieka.

M&L for preparation of newly sufrace of APP Membrane and applying two coats of bituminious based alumunium paint @ 200 ml per sqm etc

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in cm 1:4 finished fair and even on RCC roof slab ( upto 4th storey building) incl mixing of integral water proofing compound : Note :- IWPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only Water proofing compound liquid.

M&L for repairing of concrete surfaces width n exc 100 mm such as balcony, chajjas, upward or downward facias ,column, pillar, ceiling and similar items with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 or rendering 10-15mm thick as per site requirement in CM 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and fair complete and preperation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint incl a coat of primer and match the shade with existing painted surfaces all as specified all as specified and directed (Note:- Rates to be quoted Up to fourth storey bldgs and including necessory formwork and scaffolding required as per site condition also taking down or dismantling as required at site.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including necessry rubbing with sand paper or grinding by hand grinder to achieve smooth and even surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Rates to be quoted for multiple tints in grills, gates, decorative items and similar items etc.,,)

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including necessry putty filling with knife of same colour where required to achieve smooth and even surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wood surfaces of any description (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated concrete/ plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated wall surface including necessary filling of wall care putty on uneven surface as and where required.

Complete removal of existing treatement surfaces by mechanically including washing and rubbing down and preparation of surface of walls, & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coat of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorative plastered/concreat surface of wall, chajja, facia, face of columns, beam ect by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint with necessary scaffoding up to 4th storey, including necessary filling of wall care putty on uneven surface as and where required all as specified.

M&L for preperation of old painted concrete surfaces (Kerb stone, mile stone etc.,) and applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated brick/concrete/ plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls, pillars, cornice etc (upto 4th storey with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated brick /concrete plastered /un-plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of lime white wash on the Ceiling, pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 142 above but on walls.
