Air Walker: -Providing & Fixing of Air-Walker Tugania, -Dimensions: 100 x 550 x 1480 mm, GI pipes. Fabricated with main post of min. 114 mm dia, 3.00 mm thick. Other pipes of 60 mm dia, 3.00mm thick. All pipes should be double powder coated 80-120 micron thick Akzo Nobel or equivalent paint. All welding joints of pipe should be robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. High quality grip rubber should be used on handles. Foothold shall be made of Nylon alloy with rounded edge to prevent impact and injury. -Maintenance free bearing should be used in equipment manufactured by reputed company duly sealed and self lubricated to be approved by Engineer in charge. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters to avoid unwanted movements. The equipment should be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M25 and J shaped welded bolts of 18 mm thickness. When concrete is set, fixing of the equipment on to it and nuts & bolts be covered with base plate cover. All accessories are made up of aluminum casted material. All welding is done by latest metal inert gas welding machine

Arm Wheel :- -Providing and Fixing Arm Wheel Tugania in a pair of size 850 X 800 X 1800 mm fabricated with main post of min. 110mm dia and 3.00 mm thick and other pipes of 40mm dia 3.00mm thick All pipes should be double powder coated using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80-120 micron thick.. All welding joints of pipe should be robotic welded with joints scalloped and dressed off by removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. All welding joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped and dressed off by removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Handle bars are to be provided with high quality grip rubber.
