Removal of existing Turf as well as separation of Silica, Rubber, Fibre etc. including its proper handling, transportation and storage at designated place all complete as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation wherever required in all kinds of soils in foundation trenches including dressing of all sides, watering and ramming including disposal of excavated earth up to 30m lead and lift up to 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge all complete.

Subsurfce preparation of the ground including soil compaction, watering, ramming, proper disposal of excavated earth in eco friendly manner, correction & refinement of camber & gradient, improvement of surface drainage and subsurface drainage system, all complete, as per direction of the Engineer .

Providing, laying, fitting & fixing of Geo textile layer with all its features & fittings, wherever required including preparation of base surface for its laying as per latest FIFA's Guidelines and the direction of Engineer at site.

Base surface preparation for laying fibre layer including consolidation of subgrade to required depth duly maintaining proper undulated camber, re-rolling the subgrade in accordance with the latest FIFA's guidelines and disposal of surplus earth to designated area as per direction of Engineer in Charge all complete

Providing & Laying of Silicon sand of required thickness, specifications, infill ratio and particle size as recommended by Turf manufacture over a layer of sand mix clay including its spreading and compacting uniformly to obtain even and smooth layer all complete.

Supplying, laying and placing in position of fibre layer of required thickness for sewing the Turf including maintaining infill levels all complete in accordacne with FIFIA's guidelines and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supply and installation of Synthetic Artificial Turf through a FIFA Preferred Supplier (FPP) having Permeable backing (no perforated or punched hole backing), UV Resistant Slit Film Yarn structure, Detex not less than 12,000 Detex, Tape thickness not less than 130 microns, Pile weight of not less than 1200 gms/sqm, total carpet weight not less than 1900 gms/sqm, Infill weight not less than 44 kgs/ sqm, total product weight not less than 46,000 gms / sqm including rubber, unloading and staging of rolls and infilling with appropriate dispensing, with pre tufted lines for centre and perimeter. It should be installed with Sewn Seams. The Turf product and its installation must be in accordance with the latest FIFA’s Guidelines for football ground confirming to parameters for international tournaments.

Providing sew turf roll with industrial thread rolls including sewing fixing as per latest FIFA's Guidelines all complete.

Providing, brushing with terrammite removing airborne contamination. Metal removal deep cleaning with weed and pest treatment in the desired frequencies as per FIFA Guidelines and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

NB:The above nomenclatures and quantities are based on data, assessment, estimation available with the department and are subjected to variation as per site conditions including existing substructures and sub soil strata conditions. The bidder is advised to make his/her own assessment. Based on valid suggestion, the necessary deviation deemed appropriate by the department may be approved at a later stage, if any. However, the implementation of the project must be in accordance with the latest FIFA’s guidelines.
