Dismentaling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debish with in 50m lead etc all complete as per direction of E.I.C.
Dismentaling & removing doors, windows, & ventilators , including removal of frame,hinges, fastening & stacking the useful materials for the reuse and removing the debries within 50 m lead.
Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with all taxes, royalties & cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
4 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12mm & down grade size black hard granite chips for old work as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge
Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kind of soils including rough dressing and levelling the bed etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & filling manualy with aproved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering ramming to proper density with cost,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour & T & P as required for the item of work including cess etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance taxes royality, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge
Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-Fly Ash.-brick of 25cm X 12cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all taxes & royalties with all T&P & cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
