BORING

HYDT: - Cost of Driling 200mmx165mmx125 mtr.deep bore well in all kind of Soil and rock in rural area for instalation of pump set with Hydrolic DTH Rig machine all complete including all materials, tools, driling rig, air compressure and equipments as well as fule, lubricants and cost of transportation of rig machine annd other vehical up to Site. Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. 200 mm nominal size dia UPVC.

Supplying all tools, equipments and labour and doing washing and flushing and development of drilled tube well to give clean and clear water all complete as per direction of E/I.

Supplying 100mm dis submersible pump sets confirming to 8034 and motor confirming to IS 9283 pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel pump shaft and polypropylene/noryl impeller. Motor suitable for working on 415 + 10, 3HP, 50 Hz, AC supply with cable guard, thurst carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thurst, water proof winding shall be provided. The pump set shall be suitable for diret coupling Pump shall have suitable outlet as per manufacturers design. Anti thurst stream lined non return valve shall be provided with pump, 3 meter submersible copper conductor cable in single/double run shall be provided with each pump. BUILDING WORK

Earth Work in excavation in Foundation Trenches in Ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item -B) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M including all lift, leveling ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of tree shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I

Extra for earth work in hard soil as per specification & direction of engineer in charge (Vide classification of soil item B)

Extra rates for quantities of works, executed : In or under water and/or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required.

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layer not exceeding 150mm thick will watered rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenched with a lead of 50mm and lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

Removal & disposal of surplus excavated earth by mechanical transport including loading unloading stacking and spreading at all lift and lead up to 13km to spoil dump approved by local authority.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing coarse clean local SAND IN FILLING in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layer not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and 1.5 M lifts including cost of all materials, labours, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of Engineer In charge (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing and fixing of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) Column in approved size, pattern, Design, thickness and color. The Column should be made From 53 grade white Portland cement/ 43 grade OPC or PPC gray cement manufactured by J.K. Cement or equivalent having minimum compressive Strength of 40N/mSQM, Quartz, Fine Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber manufactured by Sant Gobain, Owens corning or equivalent, super plasticizers and polymers manufactured by BASF, Sika, MYK Schomburg or equivalent. The system includes base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flacky materials, grouting the porous area with cementitious grout, proper coving between slab and wall junctions and priming the surface with PU Primer(or equivalent) applied @ 150gms/Sqm. The coating shall be continued to the entire horizontal area and should be terminated at 300mm above the FFL / SFL complete as per manufacturer’s specification. The waterproofing system should be applied by the manufacturer approved partner applicator with 10 years of warranty against leakage. Products made in India will be given preference.All vertical surfaces will be fixed using prefixed gaskets etc. complete as per manufactures specification. c) A bitumen board or any other suitable board meant for construction joints shall be placed vertically at 3 to 4 MTR.res along the length and breadth of the roof area. Each rectangular bay formed in this manner shall not exceed 12 SQM. Toilet/Kitchen Water proofing: - 1) Surface preparation by grinding machine, cleaning , crack filling etc. complete. 2) Wrapping all pipe inserts with a two-way adhesion tape, Dr. Fixit Bathseal Tape, in the bathroom floor or wall or in the sunken portion, that is in contact with the pipe, promoting high adhesion between the grout and the pipe surface. 3) Grouting the gaps (annular space) between the pipe periphery & the inner side of the hole in the wall, with Dr. Fixit Bathseal Grout, cementitious, expanding, non-shrink grout that can give high early as well as ultimate strength to the grouted portion. Curing shall be as per good concrete practices, to ensure proper hardening and development of strength in the grout. Not more than 15% of water by wt. of the grout powder must be added to get proper flow and the physical strengths. 4) Providing and laying of fillets at the junction of slab and vertical walls prepared with cement sand mortar in the ratio 1 : 3 admixed with 5% of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP by weight of cement. 5) Applying two coats of Dr. Fixit Bathseal 2K ( 2 component, pre packed, cementitious flexible waterproofing coating with more than 100% elongation )@ 0.6 – 0.7 Sq.m. per kg in two coats all over the sunken portion floor, including over angular fillet, and extendable upto 300 mm over floor, achieving a uniform minimum thickness of 1.0 mm, all over the sunken portion of bathroom. Fixing of 150mm wide strip of woven glass fiber mesh all over the angle fillet all complete as per manufacture’s specifications.

6) Laying of protective plaster admixed with Dr.fixit Pidiproof LW+ (cement sand to be provided by client free of cost)

Basement waterproofing:(Treatment below Raft) 1) Clean all dirt, loose material and kept dry. In case of pot holes/cracks, the same shall be repaired with cement putty using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. (Sand cement to be provided free of cost at site)

Below Raft - Supplying and installing 1.5 mm composite thick self adhesive fully bonded HDPE membrane, Dr.Fixit Prebond having tensile strength of >25 MPa as per ASTM D 412, elongation of >500% as per ASTM D 412, puncture resistance of > 1000 N as per ASTM E 154, UV resistant up to 45 days and conforming requirements of UG waterproofing structures, as per manufacturer's recommendation. The membrane should be minimum 2.4mx20m to reduce the number of joints, minimum 75mm factory made selvedges and comprising of an HDPE layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer which is covered by a weather proof protective and trafficable granular layer to protect self adhesive polymer layer. The waterproofing system should be applied by the manufacturer approved partner applicator with 10 years of warranty against leakage. Products made in India will be given preference.All vertical surfaces will be fixed using prefixed gaskets etc. complete as per manufactures specification.

The cost of providing extruded aluminium frames, shadow boxes, extruded aluminium section capping for fixing in the grooves of the curtain glazing and vermin proof stainless steel wire mesh shall be paid for separately under relevant items under this subhead. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area of structural glazing (including width of grooves ) on the external face shall be measured in SQM. up to two decimal places.
