Taking down carefully existing sign board of size 4 M X 2 M from concrete floor carefully & kept in safe custody and refixing the same in other position and location complete all as specified & directed. Note:- PCC shall be measured & paid seperately for fixing or grouting.

Surface dressing n. exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 30 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in over areas exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 3.0 mtr and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in any type of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material of soil exc 12 Km but not exc 16 Km complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Permission for dumping the excavated soil/ material from AF Agra shall be taken by contractor / bidder from the municipal corporation/ Nagar Panchayat/ Gram panchayat/ Nagar Nigam/ Developement authority . (Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor)

Spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Soil obtained from excavation shall be used against this item without any lead.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description , and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removal of debris out off the AF station premises / MOD land at the distance exc 12 Km but not exc 16 Km complete all as specified & directed . Note:- Permission for dumping the excavated soil/ material from AF Agra shall be taken by contractor / bidder from the municipal corporation/ Nagar Panchayat/ Gram panchayat/ Nagar Nigam/ Developement authority . (Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor)

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area 400 Sqm of thickness exc 50 mm and not exc 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken stone hardcore of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600 mm bore Reinforced Concrete Pipe, class NP3 with collar, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:2 with spun yarn complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for 600 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for embedding sign board complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor laid in panels surface evn & fair complete all as specified & directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including filling in soft spots, depressions etc., which occur during rolling to required camber and gradient etc. including watering before and during rolling complete all as specified. Note:- Rolling & consolidation formation surfaces in cutting to the required gradient & camber under optimum moisture conditions to achieve at least 98% of maximum dry density determined using modified proctore density determined method as per relevant IS code.

M&L for 200 mm (compacted thickness) Granular sub-base course (GSB) Grade-V in a single layer (specification as per TI 09/2018) over compacted sub grade with stone aggregates by using motor grader, spreading, levelling and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight (for layers more than 100 mm thick) and consolidating to required gradient and camber, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two layers of 100 mm thick each layer with coarse aggrgate of Grading I ( 90 to 40 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required including necessary lateral support and form work, if required using crushed stone aggregate as specified type igneous rock such as granite/trap/basalt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) (Compacted thickness) having compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa at 7 days. Min cement content must not be less than 140 Kg/Cum and mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by sensor paver including spreading and compacting using double drum smooth wheeled rollers with 80-100 KN capacity of static/vibratory roller including necessary formwork, finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 400 micron high density polythene film sheet (HDPE) as per IS: 2508 clause 4.9.1 over a tack coat of bitumen (VG-10) @ 2.5 Kg / Ten Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Side lap of 150 mm and end lap of 300 mm shall be provided wherever required. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for the laps. (ii) Clear flat area after providing sheet shall be considered for payment purpose and nothing extra shall be allowed for laps.

M&L for 330 mm thick pavement quality control concrete (PQC) with minimum flexural strength of 45kg/ Sqcm Lower Control Limit (LCL) at 28 days pavement slab using minimum 360 Kg of cement per Cum as per IRC-44 (Only 43 Grade OPC) mixed with non-circular synthetic fibre (as per generic specification given by E-in-C Branch) by mechanical means at rate of 0.25% by weight of cement per Cum of PQC. The maximum size of stone aggregate in PQC must be 31.50 mm and gradation as per IRC-44, 2017 laid, spread and compacted with fixed form paver. Curing and tinning by mechanical equipment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing of concrete pavements by belting and brooming without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 25 mm wide expansion joints to full depth of pavement concrete slab as per shape and section shown on drawing (depth of slab 330 mm thickness of slab and primed and filled with compressible synthetic filler board for complete entire depth of slab , provision of closed cell back up rod 30 mm dia filled with polyurethane sealent ( min depth of sealent above back up rod shall be of 12 mm ) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875- 2003, priming the sides minimum MAF± 30 % with 10 Years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevant accidental spillage of sealent on top surface to give neat finish to sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and as specified & directed.

M & L for forming contraction (Dummy ) joint ( 150 mm thick slab, 1/3 of depth of slab) depth 27 mm from top and 10 mm wide to receive PU and remaining 3 mm wide ( using diamond cutter ) providing polythene backup rod 12 mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealent (min depth of sealent 12 mm ) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN4 1875 - 2003, priming the sides minimum MAF ± 30% with ten years performance guarantee and apply masking tape on edge of joint to prevant accidential spillage of sealent on top surface to give neat finish to sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawings and all as specified & directed.

M & L for forming construction joint ( 330 mm thick slab) 28 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter ), primed and providing polythene back up rod 12 mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealent (Minimum depth of sealent 12 mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254, and EN 41875- 2003, priming the sides minimum MAF± 30 % (with ten years performance guarantee ) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent on top surface to give neat finish to sealant & removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawings and all as specified & directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete of M-30 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in cover slab for manhole etc, landing and similar articles with plain faces including chamfering, weathering, throating etc where required and setting in cement mortar 1:4 & use of necessary forwork etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with steel clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width and apply two coats of water based retro-reflective air field marking paint (Sigmark WB airfied paint" brand of make Berger paint india Ltd or equivalent with drop on glass beads to be applied with machine (Air/ Airless spray application as per IS 164). Specification of machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM (LPM) : 1.60 (6.0), PSI(Bar): 3300(227), Engine CC(HP) : 160(5.5) and maximum tip size: 0.043 or graco line lazer 200 HS with 2 guns and the maximum GPM (LPM) : 2.15(8.14), PSI (Bar): 3300(227), Engine CC(HP): 200(6.5) and maximum tip size : 0.047 or machine from wagner with same specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete design mix M- 30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation including raft, footing , foundation beams, plinth beam bases for column, basement slab underreamed piles etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Reinforcement and Formwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule)

M&L Reinforced cement concrete design mix M- 30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in retaining wall, basement wall, wall any thickness etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule)

M&L Reinforced cement concrete design mix M- 30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in slabs supported on wall, beams and column in floor roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule)

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, sides & soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to faces of wall, retaining wall, abutments, parapet and similar worh including attached pilasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter for fair finished surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab , floor slab and similar works exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surface of concrete etc complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for form work to edges of conrete flat in slab, chajja exc 20 cm thick and similar works for fair finished surface of concrete etc complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for stabilized soil (obtained from excavation) and forming embankment in filling with same soil and stabilized after mixing cement by weight of dry soil based on approved design of cement stabilization as approved from Govt Engg College & confirm on site through trial bay. The soil for stabilisation shall be pulverised mechanically upto the required degree using agricultural machineries such as disc, harrows, rotavators etc, before addtion of cement in the excavated soil including sprinkling of water not less than the OMC determined in the lab in accordance with IS 2720 part -II & III , filling in layers, finally rolled and compacted with power/ vibratory roller in two layer not more than 20 cm each immediately after the mix is laid and spread to grade to acheive 98% of modified proctor density as acheived in lab (to acheive the reqd K value 5 kg/cm2/cm) including necessary curing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Cement shall be paid as supply only under respective item here-in-below. (b) Board of Officers will be ordered by CWE for determination of actual K value at site. Item will only be executed if K value at site is less than 5 Kg/Sqcm/cm. (c) The contractor shall arrange to provide the required testing equipment / facility for determination of 'K' value at site as directed by GE. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the repeated testing facility for determination of 'K' value at site as required / directed by GE. Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for the above.

Supply only ordinary portland cement in bag of 50 Kg each complete all as specified & directed.
