Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) including supply and mixing of WPC @3% by weight of cement on concrete surface of roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg /Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the new plastered roof surface from dust/dirt and any other foreign materials and applying a coat of bituminous primer approx @0.3 - 0.5 Kg/Sqm as per site condition and applying APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.5 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm or as per IS) by torched application with the strict supervision of manufacturers technical supervision including cutting V groove of 100 mm x 100mm in parapet wall (upto Approx 300 mm height from finished roof level) to insert the APP membrane and sealed with bitumastic gola 80/25 grade bitumen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight and finally applying a coat of bituminous aluminium primer @0.1 Kg/Sqm over exposed surface of water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) The overlaps shall be of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction. (ii) Net surface area of roof shall be measured for payment purpose in this item and cost of treatment on parapet upto V Groove and bituminous gola shall be deemed to included in quoted rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Dismantling of existing tanks exc 250 Ltrs n exc 500 Ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethyene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) triple layer twisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing tanks exc 1000 Ltrs n exc 2000 Ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2000 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethyene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) triple layer twisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, stirrups spacers and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC Work (Nominal Mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete , type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, cills, steps, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span and similar other works like bands, plinth courses, lacing courses, bed plates, water troughs and the like incl weathring, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, incl necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.
