Supply and erecting the high galvanised steel tubular mast 15 Mtr high truly vertical in position , suitable for 9 x LED Fittings of 400 W symmetrically fitted alongwith their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height complete all as specified and as directed . Make- Philips / Jaquar / Bajaj.

The erection and supply of mast light fitting will be done in the following steps & Quantity :-

(a) Erection Part : (i) Erection of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sq Mtr at 2 meter depth - 01 Nos

(ii) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable equipments and wiring of luminaries with supply of appropirate wiring materials - 01 Nos

(b) Supply Part : (i) Supply of 15 M high mast system accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two section, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6 mm dia (97/19 construction) double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 09 luminaries symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightening arrestor spikes. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation - 01Nos

(ii) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates - 01 Set

(iii) Supply of single dome aviation obstruction LED lights - 01Nos (2 fittings per mast is necessary if no taller structures are in near vicinity)

Supply & Fix of specially designed LED integral flood light 400Watt including necessary connection to light fittings connector complete with all accessories all as specified and directed. Make- Philips cat No BVP383 LED405 or its equivalent make in Jaquar / Havells as approved by GE.

M&L for switching on & off the luminaries by automatic control using electro mechanical timer and contactor for automatic switch on & off of mast at present time over current and latch mechanism including 4 core PVC flexible cable 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper with 3 pin metal clad socket to plug the supply for luminaries shal be mounted on PVC rigid board of suitable size provided in the base compartment of mast to terminate the incoming poweer supply cable from junction box to incoming luminaries complete outdoor type weather proof with MCB 63 Amps 4 pole 35 KA for incoming complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix FRP type looping box of size 100 x100 mm including necessary arrangements to fix the looping box with the suitable nuts, bolts, washers flat iron etc complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the followings:- (a) MCB 5 to 30 Amps, SP (10KA) - 01 No. Make- Hensel , National , Sintex.

Supply and fix skid type floor mounted RO system fully automatic with minimum output water capacity of 150 Ltrs/Hour including warranty period for replacement of candle and activated carbon filter on site replacement twice a year. Note:- Model no HTC-COMM-150 of Hi Tech or its equivalent in Aquafresh / Eureka forbes as approved by GE

Material and Labour for carrying out systematic investigation near NCS Pasta line to locate & identify at least Three aqua ducts, GPS marking of the recommended site to augment ground water (dug bore well) and to determine the depth, quality and quantity of water including liaison for digging of bore well. The Geo hydrological survey shall be carried out by the method of Very Low frequency electromagnetic field (VLF) and Vertical Electrical Sounding technology and submit recommendation/ concept report for the following:-

(a) To identify/determine the most promising location for drilling bore well. (b) To identify/determine the depth of bore well. (c) To identify/determine the quality of water including salinity and other factors. (d) To identify/determine the quantity/yield of water available. Note :- (i) The rate to be quoted shall be for survey only and digging of bore well and connected works are not included in the above work. (ii) The work to be carried out by Geophysicist and thus rate shall be included for the same.

Boring with reverse rotary rig circulation method including electronic logging through any kind of strata of soil/ rocks for drilling 300 mm dia hole for depth not exceeding 30 mtrs deep below ground level by keeping sufficient space for packing pea gravel complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item no. 31.00.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 30 mtr but not exceeding 90 mtr.

Supplying, assembling and lowering into bore hole 200 mm (08 inch) bore dia MS casing pipe with 8mm wall thickness externally threaded and screwed ERW, in random lengths of 6 metre or as required, ISI marked including necessary fittings and jointing upto 30 mtrs depth from ground level, including providing two coats of primer on external surfaces of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 33.00 here-in-before but of 200 mm dia dia with 8mm wall thickness beyond 30 meter below from ground level.

S&F for Strainer (slotted) pipe 200mm bore, minimum wall thickness 8mm including screwed and socketed ends with coupling and socketed joints along with arc welding each length not exceeding 6 metre including lowering, duly painted with primer and two coats of anti corrosive paint complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing 8 mm thick MS bail plug of 200mm bore dia with 60cm long MS pipe having wall thickness 8mm, with strong iron hook, screwed and arc welded to the casing pipe complete all as specified. (NOTE : Length of pipe required to be fixed with bail plug will be measured and paid separately)

Supplying and fixing and lowering into bore holes centering guides made out of MS flat iron of size 50x6mm size made to shape with two rings at 75 cm apart and three No ribs suitable for 200/300mm bore MS pipe complete all as specified and as directed .

Supplying and fixing of MS reducer of 8mm wall thickness screwed both ends of 350 x 200 mm size of length 600mm including jointing screwed and socketed alongwith electric arc welding complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of well cap 350 mm bore having internal threads and with welded iron handle of 20 mm dia MS round complete all as specified and directed,

Supplying and fixing the hosing clamp made out of mild steel plate of size 700 mm x 150 mm x 12mm thick including bolt,nuts and washers, 20mm dia fully threaded suitable for 350 mm bore housing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying , lowering and packing pea gravel of size 1.6 mm to 4.00 mm all around the casing pipe and slotted pipe in the well bore to entire depth complete all as specified and as directed . (NOTE : Volume of pea gravel shall be measured as space between bore well and outer dia of pipe)

M&L for GI pipe "medium grade" ISI marked 50mm dia complete including lowering into bore with flanged fitting" complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supplying and fixing the 80 mm bore GI pipe medium grade 6 Mtr long, 4 Nos in the angular space on four sides of the bore well and 30 cm above the ground level with suitable cap at the end for feeding pea gravel complete all as specified and as directed . (NOTE:Cost of gravel feeding is not included in this item).

Yield testing and stabilizing of the tube well by means of pumping by air compressor to obtain a minimum desire yield of 48000 GPH for number of hours as required :-

(a) By compressor of capacity suitable PSI 500 to 600 upto first 2 hours so that clear water is obtained for continuous out put of 48000 GPH.

(b) For subsequent hour by compressor of capacity suitable PSI for 24 hours to 42 hours.

(c) Yield testing of the tube well by means of electric driven pumping set of suitable capacity (The discharge shall be measured by providing orifice system of ‘V’ Note fixed to steel tank of adequate capacity).

Supplying, lowering, installing, commissioning and testing of submersible pumping set of capacity 120 LPM at min 90 meter head with outlet pipe size 50mm dia including electric motor AC3 Phase, 400-440 volt, 50 C/S submersible not less than 5 HP capacity. Note : Rate quoted shall include submersible flat type cable 2.5 sqmm 3 core of length 80 m.

Fabricate, supply ,install,test and commissioning LT Panel board outdoor CPRI type tested made out of of 3mm CRCA sheet cubical totally enclosed with hinges double door with locking arrangement metal clad weather/vermin proof floor mounting type,suitable for 3 phase 4 wire,50 HZ , 415 Volt AC . copper bus bar and complete wiring of panel board with suitable size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor including lugs/thimbles etc provn of cable entries at bottom including the following :-

Supply and installation of Prefabricated Panel Tank in the size of 5mt x 5mt x 1mt having 25KL Capacity (25,000Litre) as per manufacturers's specification and complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Make : SMC , sintex or its equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F of Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde -E 250 quality A), complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F of Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, etc ,complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces & apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide ,complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Make of paint : Berger Paints (Luxol high gloss),Nerolac (Hi-Gloss), Asian Paints (Apcolite)
