Finshing walls with two coats of water proofing cement paint of approved shades including cost of cement paint.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of false ceilling with aluminium anodised T section No. 3215 with 2'-0'' centre to centre, L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0''x 2'-0'' with prelaminated particle board suspended from ceilling etc. complete. including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes of labour, T&P etc. complete asper direction of E.I.C
