REPAIR MAINT TO SEWAGE LINE MANHOLE SOAKAGE PIT SEPTIC TANK AND CERTAIN ALLIED WORKS IN RESIDENTIAL AND TECH AREA AT DIAT DU AND MILIT GIRINAGAR PUNE 25

Cleaning of septic tanks 250 users including inlet, outlet chamber removal of sludge/waste material by hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine, flushing of water and uploading all the materials into closed container and removing the same outside MOD land in his own arrangement of the contractor with no environmental liability/risks to the Govt. up to 500 mtr distance and making barrow pits of suitable size and burying the sludge/waste material in barrow pits and covering the same spreading earth etc complete all specified and as directed. Note:-The unit rate includes labour for making pits, for burying sludge and disposal of surplus soil Complete all as specified and as directed.

Rectifying the defects and removing the blockage of WHB, IWC/EWC, sink, urinals, floor, Nahani traps, gully trap, vertical CI pipe/PVC pipe of any dia (upto four story bldg), including Sunday & Holiday all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the fittings and fixture functional. If replacement of part/ items is required to make the fitting functional, the cost for labour and material for the same will be measured and paid for as (S&F in repairs) under relevent items of this schedule here in after and in such cases this item will not be measured and paid for. (ii) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of working & attending the complaints as directed by JE(Civil) or Eng-in-Charge. (iii) Complaints slip to be collected daily from complaints cell/AGE B/R Girinagar. (iv) Cotractor shall provided all tools/Ladder etc. required for attending complaints with proper tool bag.

Cleaning of 100 mm dia Sewage/drain pipes by roding from manholes to manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning (length not exceeding 50 metre from manhole to manholes or septic tank) including taking off manholes cover, placing in position the same after cleaning and removing the waste material and burying in pits to a distance exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 100 metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including cost of making pits and covering the same by spreading earth for any dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of Man holes of size ( 600 mm X 600 mm) by taking out sludge and foreign materials, dewatering and excavating a pit of appropriate size depositing sludge in the pit and covering with 30cm thick layer of soil to cover the sludge incl taking out and refixing the manholes covers etc in any depth and Removing of blockage in sewage lines in any length and systematically cleaning the same using necessary tools, mechanically and /or manually such as passing rope knots, bamboo kasui and disc of required size including removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the pits for sanitation, complete all as specified and directed.
