Comprehensive maintenance & operation of services at ISBT/K. Gate i/c mechanized housekeeping which includes effective brooming, cleaning, scrubbing, mopping etc all complete at arrival, link & departure block & common area of administrative block, maintenance & up-keep of public toilets with necessary input of sanitation material, collection & disposal of garbage to the approved dumping ground & providing watch & ward/security surveillance services by deploying security personnel & operation & maintenance of various Electrical services i/c operation & maintenance of Sub-station equipments, DG Sets, storm water pumps, PA&PIDS(Public Address & Public Information Display System), CCTV System, Fire Detector Alarm System, Sign Boards, Internal/Common area/Toilet lights & External Lighting high mast poll lights including Distribution board, Meter board etc., Data Networking, Telephone/EPBX system, BMS, lift and escalators, sewage treatment plants, RO Plant, Roof Top Solar Power Plant, HVAC plant including AHU’s, Ductable / window / Split type Air conditioners, Water Treatment Plant, Parking Management System, UPS, FPS, etc all complete as per the Tender Document & direction of Engineer Incharge. a).
