Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of split type unit wall mounted Air conditioner, five star rated indoor and outdoor unit complete with cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with ISEER 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 TR complete with copper tubing power cables insulating materials, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No.1 here-in-before but of capacity 2.0 TR

Supply and fixing room window type air conditioner electric driven (single phase) cooling capacity 4500 K Cal per hour (1.5 TR) BEE 5 Star rated complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 3 here-in-before but of cooling capacity 6000 K Cal per hour (2.0 TR) BEE 3 Star rated.

S&F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase, naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 volt to 250 volt with output voltage stabilzed at 230 volt with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Make : V-Guard, Model No. VWR 400 Plus or equivalent model & capacity of makes as specified in PS.

All as per Serial item No. 5 here-in-before but of capacity 5.0 KVA. Make : V-Guard Model No. VWR 500 Plus or equivalent model & capacity of makes as specified in PS.

M&L for submain wiring with two run single core 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 vots grade multistrand, un-sheathed conductor, drawn into PVC casing and caping alongwith all necessary fittings including 4 sq.mm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Three runs of cable shall be measured as one RM of sub main wiring.

S&F single pole and neutral (SPN) enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket with one single pole MCB 6-20 Amps, 240 volt AC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shed suitable for 1.5 to 2.0 TR window AC unit cosisting of iron angle of size 25 x 25 x 5mm thickness and inclusive galvanised corrugated MS sheet with two corrugations side laps fixed with L-type or J-type hooks with wall mounting stand having brecket 02 Nos, L-angle 02 Nos, M8 x 50mm anchor fastener - 06 Nos including two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surfaces with necessary cutting, welding, includng nuts, bolts, etc. for fixing of ACs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installing of Geysers, 25 litrers capacity suitable to operate in single phase AC supply 230 volts, 50 Hz, EER 4 star rating, and heating element upto 2 KW including provision of grouting of suitable size nuts, bolts, etc. with MS/wooden frame to support Geyser including PVC pipe hot and cold and fixing including repairs to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installing Geysers, 50 litrers capacity suitable to operate in single phase AC supply 230 volts, 50 Hz, EER 4 star rating, and heating element upto 2 KW including provision of grouting of suitable size nuts, bolts, etc. with MS/wooden frame to support Geyser including PVC pipe hot and cold and fixing including repairs to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore Gl pipe, medium grade, laid in walls and ceilings or laid in floor including necessary fittings/fixture like tee, bend. socket, union, nipple, etc. and necessary connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm angular stop cock with cast flange, chromium plated complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ESS-ESS, Cat No. EC04D or equivalent model & capacity of makes as specified in PS.

S&F 15mm bore long body bib cock with cast flange chromium plated all complete as directed. Make : ESS-ESS, Cat No. 209 or equivalent model & capacity of makes as specified in PS. NOTE : The contract sum shall be derieved by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
