Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyace of all materials and all labour charges, etc.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using Country bricks including cost and conveyace of all materials and all labour charges,etc,

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.20 m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel of size 0.95 cm x 60 cm and 10 guage stilfaned welded with mild steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak (c-word) joint of size 10 cm x 6.50 cm dia spaced about cnter to center and supported by casuarinas propels of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items

Supply and fabrication of placing in position of steel including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting bending etc

RCC 1:1 1/5 3mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials but excluding centering charges including labour charges for mixing laying concrete etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance all material and all labour charges etc complete

Special Plastering in Cement mortar 1:3 mix 10 mm thick including cost and conveyace of all materials and all labour charges,etc,

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Color washing two coats of Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour including cost of paint and labour charges etc complete

Provision for Name Board charges
