PART - A (SUPPLY PART FOR SUBSTATION AT TREATMENT PLANT)

Supply, delivery at site and storage of sheet steel enclosed compartmentalized floor mounted dead front horizontal draw out type 36KV, 25KA 1250A VCB 4 Panel Switch Board complete with motorized spring charged operating mechanism, CTs, PTs, Micro Processor based Relays, Meters etc. including earthing switch or truck in compliance with NIT specification. The Panel should be SCADA Compatible.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of oil immersed 33/433V, 3000KVA, 3 Phase, 50 C/s with a vector group of Dyn-11 and fitted with OLTC unit complete with all accessories including remote OLTC control panel in compliance with NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 415V AC, 50Hz., 3 Phase and Neutral 4000A Bus Duct with Electrolytic grade Aluminium Flat Bars in Sheet Steel enclosure alongwith fixing brackets and accessories from transformer secondary terminal to incomer ACBs of 415V PDB in compliance with the attached technical specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of sheet steel enclosed, floor mounted 415V, 4000A, PDB complete with all components in compliance with NIT Specification.The Panel should be SCADA Compatible.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 110V, 100AH maintenance free type lead acid battery with battery charger & distribution board in compliance with NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 33KV(E) grade 3C, 240sq.mm XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armoured cable conforming to IS-7098 Part-II of approved make from Power Supply agency Panel Board to Incoming of HT Panel and from outgoing HT Panels to Transformers.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated Al. Ar. Cables of following sizes.

1.1KV grade 3.5C 400sq.mm Cable from PDB to MCC at Clear Water Pump House (2 Feeders,6 Cables per feeder)

1.1KV grade 3.5Core 240sq.mm (Al.) from PDB to MCC at Treatment Plant (2 Feeders, 1 Cable per feeder)

1.1KV grade 3.5Core 150sq.mm Al. Ar. PDB to MCC at Sludge Pump House (1 Feeder, 1 Cable per feeder)

Outdoor Illumination of Sub-Station in line to the technical specification with LED Lightings and exhaust fans, internal & external wiring with GI Couduit etc. as per NIT Specification.

PART - B (SUPPLY PART FOR SUBSTATION AT RAW WATER INTAKE)

Supply, delivery at site and storage of sheet steel enclosed compartmentalized floor mounted dead front horizontal draw out type 12KV, 630A, VCB 3Panel Distribution Board in compliance with the detailed technical specification as given in the NIT. The Panel shoule be SCADA Compatible.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of Oil immersed 11/0.433KV, Indoor type copper wound 1000KVA, 3Ph., 50C/s.with a Vector Group of Dyn-11 Transformer and fitted with OLTC unit complete with all accessories in compliance with relevant Indian Standard and as detailed in the NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 415V AC, 50Hz., 3 Phase and Neutral 1600A Bus Duct with Electrolytic grade Aluminium Flat Bars in Sheet Steel enclosure alongwith fixing brackets and accessories from transformer secondary terminal to incomer ACBs of 415V PDB in compliance with the attached technical specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 2mm sheet steel enclosed, cmpartmentalised non draw out construction, epoxy based painting by powder coating method, floor mounted 415V 1600Amps. Power Distribution Board with IP54 degree of protection complete in compliance with the detailed technical specification as given in the NIT. The Panel should be SCADA Compatible.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 110V, 100AH maintenance free type lead acid battery with battery charger & distribution board in compliance with NIT Specification.

PART-C (INSTALLATION PART FOR SUBSTATION AT TREATMENT PLANT.

Installation of all items as mentioned in Part-A including supply of all erection materials as required for cable termination with supply of jointing kits, cable supports and clamps etc. including laying of HT & LT Cables through permanent cable trench or directly burried under ground providing GI rack / tray, earthing & lightning protection as per IE Rules to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification. (Cost includes hires charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants etc. for completion of work).

High pressure testing of the Sub-Station including relevant testing of 33KV cable, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal and obtaining approval certificate of Sub-Station from Directorate of Electricity as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Painting of the installation by two coats of enamel paints (colour to be decided by Purchaser) over a coat of primer as per NIT specification & direction of EIC.

Commissioning of the Sub-Station including 33KV HT Switch Board, 33KV/433 Ttransformers, Power Distribution Board, cables, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Operation of the entire installation of substation on 24 hours basis including guarding and maintenance for a period of 15 (fifteen) months (3months trial + 12months O & M) are to be provided with supply of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled personnel including watch & ward personnel from the date of commissioning. During maintenance period, supply of all consumable materials, sundries & lubricants are to be supplied. Charges of electrical energy during maintenance period will be borne by the Department.

Schedule testing as per ISS viz. a) Relay Testing & Calibration. b) Transformer Oil Testing and Filtration. c) Breaker Testing. d) Panel Testing. e) Safety Equipments Testing. (Including fire extinguisher, Earthing, Lightning Arrestor etc) (Preventive Maintenance)
