SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as speicfied and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel in Plates (plain or chequered) channels fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as speicfied and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stop, founded or chamfered on edges incuding necessary form works etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including taking down old unserviceable one as specified in SSR Part I and directed.

S & F 20 mm bore, Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight - 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutters of any description and of size n.exc 7 Sqm each and refixing in the same position after carrying out necessary repairs, oiling and greasing including replacement of guide channel and welding etc complete including replacement of mionr accessories to make shutter smooth functioning/movement complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Spare parts such as bearing, tension spring, gear operated lever and shaft etc shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only)

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing for rolling shutter suitable for 32 to 40mm suspension shaft complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only tension spring for rolling shutter suitable for 32 to 40mm suspension shaft complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation and as specified herein below and as directed:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound, existing plastering including cleaning & removing debris to a distance exc 100m & n.exc.250m. (b) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound (to be measured seperately) as per manufacturer instructions finished even & smooth. (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 300 ml per sqm conforming IS-3384 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (f) One coat of aluminium paint over the APP based membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
