Maintenance and servicing of following mentioned Machines of Mechanical Laundry including connected control Panel and carrying out routine check of the machine oiling, replacement of all the worn out parts such as nuts bolts washers, connectors, thimbles, lugs, greasing, replacement of defective safety devices, relays, control switch gears, alarms complete for smooth functioning complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. The Maint and Servicing has to be carried out through OEM i.e. M/s Lucky Engineering Works.The contractor shall submit MOU from the manufacturer regarding execution of work within 15 days of acceptance of tender. The Details and Specifications of the equipments are as follows :- (a) Horizontal washing machine of 50 Kg capacity having outer and inner stainless steel of AISI 304 quality,electrically heated ,front loading ,auto reverse ,auto timed ,auto temperature controlled ,fitted with control panel and 3 phase electric motor etc complete - 02 Nos (b) Direct drive Hydro Extractor of 25 Kg capacity having outer MS galvanised and inner basket SS of AISI 304 quality self balancing with rubber buffer mounts fitted with brake ,starter and 3 phase electric motor etc complete - 02 Nos. (c) Tumble drier of 50 Kg capacity front loading type having outer MS galvanised and inner basket AISI 304 quality ,stainless steel ,electrically heated ,auto reverse auto timed ,fitted with control panel ,blower and 2 electric motors etc complete - 02 Nos (d) Flat bed press of size 30" x 60" with auto timer release and programmable temperature control, dry ironing top including compressor - 01 No. (e) Air compressor with air tank pressure of 7 kg/sqcm to provide air to hot head press and flat work ironer complete with electric motor of required capacity.- 01 No. (f) Vacuum ironing table of size 1480mm x 770mm x 830 mm with table top size 1250mm x 750mm with net weight 50 kg tubular constructionfitted with 2 nos shelves- 01 No. (g) Flat work ironer(steam heated) of roller length of 1600 mm dia of 600 mm - 01 No (h) Troller for wet and dry with holding capacity 50 kg of size 930mm x 630mm x 800mm with net weight 40 kg fully SS fitted with 4 nos sweveling type - 04 Nos. (j) Sluicing machine 7 Kg capacity electrically heated having two doors ,bucket ,wash motor, extractor motor,water inlet connections complete- 02 No. (k) LT Panel box with start / stop push button, contractors, timer for automatic reverse and forward rotation of basket, over load relay, pilot lights, fuse units etc- 01 No

The Maint and Servicing has to be carried out through OEM i.e. M/s Supershine Laundry Systems Pvt Ltd. The contractor shall submit MOU from the manufacturer regarding execution of work within 15 days of acceptance of tender.The Details and Specifications of the eqpts are as follows :- (a )Front loaded Washing machine with inbuilt hydro extractor of 25 Kg capacity having outer and inner stainless steel of AISI 304 quality,electrically heated ,front loading ,auto reverse ,auto timed ,auto temperature controlled ,fitted with control panel and 3 phase electric motor etc complete- 09 Nos. (b) Front loaded tumble drier of 25 Kg capacity front loading type having outer MS galvanised and inner basket AISI 304 quality ,stainless steel ,electrically heated ,auto reverse auto timed ,fitted with control panel ,blower and 2 electric motors etc complete - 03 Nos.

Note for Ser item No. 01.00 and 04.00 of BoQ : (i) Minor Spare parts amounitng to Rs 1000.00 which are not included in these items and are reqd to make mchine fucntional are deemed to be included in quoted rates and rest all spares which are required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items and nothing shall be paid extra on this account . (ii) Cost of all consumables required during the maintenance period shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) The tenderer has to call the Service engineer of M/s Lucky Engineering Works for servicing of the Machines every month for serial item No.1.00 of BoQ and M/s Supershine Laundry system Pvt Ltd for serial item No.2.00 of BoQ. The 02 (Two) preventive / periodical maint services and 01 (one) Half Yearly comprehensive maint service of all the machines as mentioned in Note (a) to (d) of serial item No.1.00 of Boq of Make : M/s Lucky Engineering Works in Note (a) to (b) of serial item No.2.00 of Boq of Make : M/s Supershine Laundry System Pvt Ltd has to be done from the OEM and. (iv) All the complaint / faults will be addressed within 30 min from the time of receipt of complaint. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend the complained within 30 min from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per complaint per hr for first 04 hrs and after that Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) per complaint per hr shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues. (v) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.
