Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven Air cooled/water cooled/liquid cooled naturally aspirated generating set of capacity 15 KVA, 415 Volts, AC supply, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire, 0.8 PF at NTP, with CPCB approved acoustic enclosure, speed 1500 RPM, mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling and meeting the requirement of IS-4722/BIS specification complete in all respect with extended warranty of 5 years with and including the following:- (a) Diesel Engine:- Air cooled/water cooled/liquid cooled naturally aspirated engine of adequate capacity at 1500 RPM under NTP condition with governor suitable to regulator speed of DG set from No load to full load provided with blower fan, 12 volts self starting system including maintenance free battery of 12 volts, 75 AH, charging dynamo/alternator, air cleaner, diesel oil filters, complete in all respect. (b) Fuel Tank:- Fuel tank of adequate capacity for 12 hours running with stop cock, drain plug and necessary fuel pipe, manufactured out of MS sheet, complete all as per manufacturer's recommendations.

(c) Alternator:- Alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 15 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 0.80 power factor (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system. The alternator is Synchronous and brushless type screen protected, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features: + 1.0% voltage regulation (Max) in static conditions, IP:23 protection with insulation class H, Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation.

(d) Control Panel:- The control panel consists of the following parts:- (i) Generator set controller microprocessor based multifunctional with LEd display for engine water temperature, Lubricant oil pressure, Engine RPM, Engine shut down display, total hours run and suitable for protection against high water temperature, low lubricant oil pressure, over speed and battery charger failure. (ii) Digital multi functional meter with LED display all electrical parameters of individual phase such as voltage, current, frequency, KVA, KW, power factor and having RS 485 communication port/remote monitoring complete with appropriate CTs and control wiring.

(iii) MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts AC of suitable capacity with aluminium bus bar/suitable Amp rating copper cable all as per manufacturer recommendations. (iv) HRC fuses for protection as per standard engineering practice and manufacturer recommendations for protection of meters etc. (e) Electric Starter equipment:- The equipment ill comprise of the following:- (i) Maint free battery duly initially charge and battery lead of adequate cap. (ii) Starter motor. (iii) Starter gearing. (iv) Start/Stop push button. (v) Alternator/ Dynamo of suitable capacity to charge the batteries while DG set is running complete with auto cut out all as per manufacturer's recommendations. (f) PCC foundation including all civil works for DG set all as per manufacturer's recommendations and all as directed. M&L for replacement Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60X60cmX6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less 2.25 meters dep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below nomal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specifed and as directed.
