REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT FROM ROOF, RCC CHAJJAS, SOFFITS, REPLACEMENT OF RWPS AND CONNECTED WORKS TO CERTAIN OMQs AND SMQs AT SECTOR 31 UNDER GE (AF) MC CHANDIGARH

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc.,including removing the waste materials to a distance of 500 meters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work including cutting of chajjas at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismanting bricks tiles/cement concrete tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs and including removing of old treatment and removal of debris away from site to a designated point by the local administration or a distance up to 1.5 km from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing bitumen felt (any layer) including cement mortar bedding, padding and cleaning the surface and removal of all rubbish outside defence land upto a distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roofs any thickness including mud plastering (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removal of debris away from site to a designated point by the local administration or a distance up to 1.5 km from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes,any size, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches/wall/floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of precast cement concrete louvres and jallies from shaft portions, any thickness up to height 10 mtr & making good the surface with CM 1:4 ,including necessary scafolding/form work etc, complete removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI steel/ Kitek tubing 15 mm with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling, floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI steel/ Kitek tubing 20 mm with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling, floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof surfaces & sides by picking, brushing with wire brush, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, exc material etc., brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sq. m over cleaned roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
