Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All works upto plinth level. In1:2:4 ( 1 cement:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Crushed

Providing and fixing ceremic glazed tiles ist class confirming to IS 15622 of minimum thickness of approved make over 12mm bed of cement mortor 1:3 and jointing grey cement slurry @ 3.30 Kg per sqm includidng pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and applying of plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg for 10 Sqm of exterior finish of approved brand.

Distempring with ist class acrylic distemper ( ready mixed) having VOC content less 50 gms/ litre, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacture of required shade and colour complete as per manufactures specification.

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses / purlins / rafters/ posts/ post- plates or like components includidng cost of screw etc. complete ist class budloo wood.

Providing and fixing of unimate tile profile duly stamped specification centre to centre 180-200mm tile depth 12mm tile pitch 200mm coloured fixed with polymere coated including cost of J or L hooks colour to be approved by the Engineer Incharge complete in all respects

Providing and fixisng of ridges 600mm over 2 feet width plain GS sheets of same colour as per tile profile 0.63mm thick.

Providing and fixing of eves boarding 35cm wide colour sheet designed fixed with polymere coated J or L hooks complete in all respects whatsoever involved during execution of work.

Providing and fixing of 35mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised MS wire gauze of av. Width for aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63mm for doors windows and clere storey windows with ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screw as per direction of Engineer incharge ist class kail wood.

Providing and fixing of GI pipe complete with GI fittings and clamps 15mm nominal bore

Providng and fixisng water heater/geyser of 50 litres capacity of approved make brand Racold/ Venus and 1st quality conforming to IS standards including all fastners , nuts and washers and making connections etc complete job

Providing and fixing of CP brass long body bib cock of approved quality.

Providing and fixing G.I. Union for GI pipe including cutting and threading 15mm nominal bore,complete job

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (Hard and soft wood)

Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade two or more coats applied @0.90 ltrs / 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltrs / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport from source to site of work including loading,unloading and stacking.
