Repairs (Beam/Slab/Columns byfollowing method:- (a) Providing temporary and adequate support by properly designing, staging and shuttering consisting of tubular steel cucalyplus props (100mm dia) from the floor.(b) Removing damaged, loose, spalled and friable concrete by wire brushing, scraping etc. exposing rusted reinforcement till sound core concrete is reached. (c) Cleaning rusty reinforcement suitable by wire brushing scraping or other machanical means as approved by the Engineer-in - Charge. (d) Welding lapping additional reinforcement at locations where 30% of more area of existing reinforcement has been lost as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (e) Apply two coats of POLYMER Modified ANTI Corrosive Coating of any of the following makes Sika Top Armatec 108 or Colusal MK + Colusal 25 or Anticor or Amour Create Marinc coating or any Chemical similar to the generic name underlined above. The name of chemical to be ;used in the work and manufactures instructyins in his printed catalogue i.e. Sika Top Armatech-105 Approx average 3.5 kg to 4kg/m2 of reinforcement area. (f) Applying over well prepared concrete surface cement slurry suitable admixed with POLYMAR MODIFIED BONDING AGENT of any of the following makes SIKA LATEX OR ZENTRIFIX HB + NAFUFILL BB2 or BOND - X or any other chemical similar to the generic name underlined. The name of chemical to be used in the work and manufacture's instructions in his printed Catalogue i.e. SIKA India Pvt. Ltd. The dosage as per manufacture's instructions in his printed Catalogue i.e. SIKA LATEX WATER CEMENT= 1:4:6. (g) While compound coat is still tacky repairing area by applying cement, sand mortar 1:3 or cement concrete (1:1.5:3) admix with suitable SUPPER PLASTICIZER such as PLASTROCRETE PLUS or ZENTRAMENT FB2 or PERMACRETE or SUPA PLAST or any other chemical similar to the generic name underlined above. The name of chemical to be used in the work and manufacturer's instructions in his printed Catalogue i.e. SIKA India Pvt. Ltd. The dosage as per manufacture's instructions in his printed Catalogue i.e. PLASTROCRETE PLUS of 0.2%. Where thickness of repair is less than 12mm, repairing will be done by above mentioned mortar. Where thickness of repair is more than 12 mm and upto 25 mm, repair will be done using above mentioned concrete. Where thickness is even more, the surface will be repaired by concrete in layers of man. 25mm thickness each. Finally exposed concrete surface to be made smooth and good finished by above cement sand mortar. The rate is including all lead, lift, labour and cost of all chemicals, cement and steel, etc.

Cutting uprooting of trees/plants of any size from Each the wall/slab/chajja/parapet/roof/Br.etc. of the multistoried building duly making hole into masonry and refilling the same with concrete/brick as per site condition after due application of hot copper sulphate/common salt to arrest further growth of plants. Rate includes all labour, lead, lift taxes etc. complete except cement which will be supplied free of cost by Railway as per Railway scale of consumption. Hiring of JCB Machine (in good working condition) for Hour leveling and dressing ground /dismantling structures including disposal of debris through dumpers etc. with contractor's labour, JCB machine, machine operator, fuel, etc. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.

Deployment of Semi Skilled manpower. Rate Each including @ 5% Tools and plants, @ 18% GST, @ 10% Contractor's Profit and @ 12% EPF and @ 3.25% ESI.

Deployment of Un- Skilled Labours. Rate including @ Each 5% Tools and plants, @ 18% GST,@ 10% Contractor's Profit,@ 12% EPF and @ 3.255% ESI.

Cement paint (water proofing) one coat of approved Sqm quality and shade (Shalimar or Jhonson & Nicholson o r equivalent of approved quality) on old work, all holes and depression shall be filled with putty which should be allowed to set and dry completely before snowcem is done. The wall shall then be sand papered and in case the snowcem is still rough, coat of white chalk mixed with glue should be applied. In case the wall is coloured on white washed the wash must be removed thoroughly first.

Distempering one coat with washable synthetic Sqm distemper of approved quality, brand and shade) Shalimar or Jenson and Nicholson or British Paints (India) Ltd. (Berger) or asian paints or on work including removing of old scale blister and old distemper of interior walls or ceiling and preparing a smooth and even surface including rendering with cement mortar 1:2 as (necesary) to make the sufrface suitable for receiving distemper with contractors materials except cement which will be supplied by railway feee of cost. Total 5469920.00
