Maintenance of Plantations, Creation and Monsoon Planting, Advance work, Nursery Seedlings raising and maintenance and other allied forestry works of value not less than 50% of the cost of similar work. The work experience certificate shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Deputy Conservator of Forests

Must have experience in growing Western Ghats i.e. Bamboo Species and must upload the certificate of experience in carrying out afforestation work involving Western Ghats species from an officer not below the rank of Deputy Conservator of Forests

Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than 50 percent of the amount of contract (Credit lines/letter of credit/Certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.)

Tenderer should upload Reservation Cast Certificate

Tenderer should upload Audit Balance Sheet from last 2 years from Chartered Accountant

Tenderer should upload Forest Contractor Registration Certificate for having registered as a forest contractor for the year 2026-27 in Karwar Forest Division

Tenderer should uploaded income tax GST Registration Certificate PAN Card Address proof Adhar Card EPIC card Driving license or any other valid document issued from competent authority
