Annual operation and maintenance work at 132KV Sub station Shahabad

Operation, Preventive, Routine & General/Normal Breakdown Maintenance of 132/33 KV Sub-station, Shahabad, Hardoi alongwith other associated Works, during the period of 1 Year. The details as given below:-

Assistance in work of Operation of 132 KV Sub-station, Shahabad(ETD Hardoi) in 03 shifts of 08:00 hours. 01 shift will remain in rest. Each shift comprising 01 No. Semi Skilled helpers ITI certificate holder to assist the operator for due operation of sub-station equipment including DG set etc. as per standard practices of UPPTCL and instructions of AE / JE and CLDS / ALDS alongwith helping in recording of operational activities system information / data massage etc for the period of 1 year for the job (1 job for 01 month).

Preventive routine & general/normal/emergency break down maintenance of the transformer outdoor /indoor equipments control & relay panels, RTCC panel, ACDBs, Battery chargers, DCDBs, Battery sets, Air conditioners etc. at 132/33 KV Sub-station, Shahabad round the clock and /or as and when required, by a team consisting of comprising TG II (01 No.) of ITI in electrical trade, 01 No. technician, 02 No., Semi Skilled helper as per standard practices of UPPTCL and instructions of AE/JE for the period of 01 year with all cost of men, misc. consumables, T&P etc. required for the job except the spares/items materials/equipments, which shall be provided by department.

Daily general cleaning and maintenance/up-keep of control room, associated office, Carrier Room, battery room, Control Room building etc. by brooming & mopping alongwith cleaning of associated toilets including brooming of CC roads/floors trench covers and scraping of unwanted growth in between joints of CC roads at 132/33 KV Sub-station, Shahabad (Hardoi) and premises as per details Annexure-D. by deploying required Man power and 01 No. sweeper during the period of 01 year with all cost of man toiletries, misc. consumable T&P etc. required for the job (01 job for each month)

Regular maintenance for 01 year of flower pots, lawn trees, shrubs, hedges, ground cover, flower beds in lawn, by deputing required No. of well experienced gardners including weeding out of all undesired growths. Watering trimmings, forking, making loose soil around plant, lawn etc. including replacement of aired plants, grass with fresh plant of same verity including costof cowdung manure and its spreading with all men and material to complete the job as per directionn of the Engineer incharge.

Grass cutting of switchyard by scraping of grass, bush wood, shrubs & plants etc. Weeding out of wild growth roots, seeds etc. including of small wild trees if any at sub-station premises and disposal of all the removed vegetation, rubbish & garbage etc. by throwing it outside of sub-station boundary 4 times in year & chemical spray 01 times in a year with all cost of man, consumables, T&P etc. required for completion of job.

Cleaning of cable trenches including opening of trench covers from trenches before starting of work, removing of earth deposits nets, other foreign material from layed control cables & their cable racks and cleaning of cable trenches from top to bottom accordingly and releasing of mud stone/bricks pieces, other foreign material from trenches and throwing them away far from switchyard boundary then re-placing of opened trench covers on their proper place on the trenches alongwith all associated works.
