Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for foundation etc for manholes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as sub base flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) using exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and as directed

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over stone masonary/brick masonary surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered of new surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material to distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of gauge not exc 63 mm of broken bricks aggregate spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thickness watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Forming contraction joints 100mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. (Note size to be confirmed by Engr-in-charge)

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying of interlocking paver blocks (Note : mining sand/stone dust shall be of approved quality and should be free from lumps/broken/flaky aggregate)

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed. Note (paver block to be approved by GE).

M&L preparation of concrete surfaces of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in different colours if required over a coat of priming paint as in kerb stone painting complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 25 mm thick (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/ paving finished rough to receive cement tiles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles of size 8-9 mm thick double charge light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles of size 8-9 mm thick double charge light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm ,in skirting. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick screed plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Removing demolition material debris outside MD land distance exc.1 KM n.exc 5 KM on the starting point complete all as directed
