ROAD/PATH/HARD STANDING & CULVERTS

Providing and laying dry lean concrete having min 7 days crushing strenght of 10 MPa over a prepared subgrade all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum field flexural strength 25Kg/ Sqcm in field using cement as per mix design thickness of concrete upto 25cm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L for corrugated profiled double wall HDPE pipe 147mm bore as specified fixed with chemical as directed sewage pipe laying in ground Make Rex Polyextrusion Ltd.

M&L Package type sewage Treatment Plant of 30000 litres per day capacity details as under:- Design, supply, installation, commissioning and testing including all civil, electrical mechanical works as per OEM specifications for packaged sewage treatment plant based on Hybrid of Aerobic and Anaerobic or based on Aerobic process of capacity 30,000 litres per day consisting of fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) tank made by chop hoop winding process from suitable polyester resin and glass fiber with hollow ribbing of polymetric material of 90mm thickness encased on the outside of the tank with suitable polyster resin and fibre glass to make tank suitbale for underground application up to an over burden of 2.25 metres in soil having diamneter of 2.43 mtr with usual process variation and having a length of 11.061 mtr with usual process variation. The tank to have Zones-first Zone to work as anaerobic septic zone created with suitable partition of FRP with advanced polymeric media with a surface area 190 Sqm/Cum suitably encased in a polymeric net to allow free movement of the media within fixed space created by the net, the third zone to work as sedimentation zone in the remainder area of the tank Aerobic zone have Twin Lobe Air blower installed for providing air flow of minimum 1251 ltr/min by coarse aeration in the zone for speedy reductioin of BOD. Sedimentation zone have submiersible pump of the size of 1hp for pumping the activated sludge back to the anaerobic zone by way of PVC pipes of 50mm dia on a regular basis.

The media within fixed space created by the net, the third zone to work as sedimentation zone in the remainder area of the tank Aerobic zone have Twin Lobe Air blower installed for providing air flow of minimum 1251 ltr/min by coarse aeration in the zone for speedy reductioin of BOD. Supply, install and commissioning indoor type transformer step up/down copper wound with laminated core, HT 11 KV, 3 phase LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire all as per IS-2026 of capacity 200 KVA complete with standard accessories like off load tap changer LT and HT bushings, cable termination boxes for termination of HT and LT cable, raditor , conservator tank, silica gel breather assembly etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site the transformer shall conforming to the relevant BIS / IS- 2026 1981 codes and comply with the Indian Electricity act and Indian Electricity rules.

Laying only cable XLPE insulated arnoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 150 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Laying only cable XLPE insulated arnoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Laying only cable XLPE insulated arnoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F looping box fabricated out of CRCA sheet metal enclosure prewired complete fitted with terminal connector block bakelite 8 way of 20 Amps rating with shorting strip copper, fitted with one No of MCB, SP, 05 to 30 Amps, 240 volts for termination of incoming and outgoing cables, local connection to fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge conforming to IP 55 degree of protection.

Supply and fix street security light fitting T5 lamp type, 4x24 watts with accessories and prewired and including lamp, conforming to IP 65 degree of protection. Make Asian, Wipro, Philips, CG.

S&F of bracket made out tubing medicum grade 1.5m long 40mm dia bent to shape of offset angle upto 45 degree for fixing of secuiry / street light fittings including necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and install, testing and commissioning LT feeder piller and (CPRI) approved) cubical type outdoor confirming to IS-8623 Part-I factory fabricated made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accommodate all accessories/ fittings, compartmentalized in construction to acoommodate incoming MCCB and aluminium bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incoming MCCB and out going feeder. The TPN busbars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC / epoxy insulator of size not leass that 50 x 50mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500mm throughout the length of the TPN busbar the incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders, the extension links shall be supported on DMC/epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links / interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75 x 40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3mm thick zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable/ openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air, 3mm XLPE adhesive type gaskit shall be used to make panel vermin proof and panel shall be cold zinc (for rust proof) sprayed of approved thickness coated complete as specified and consisting the following:-

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and install pumping set, centrifugal, electric driven 3 phase 415 volts, delivery 20 LPS at 44m head complete with and including the following accessories with CI valve casting, carbon steel (45-C) shutter cast iron, KW rating / ICE frame size DB 65/26, 22/180M alongwith following:- Make Kirloskar or equivalent. (a) Suitable suction & discharge GI pipe heavy duty as recommended by manufacturer upto 10 m both side pressure gauge and delivery end of suitable capacity. (b) Suitable size of copper cable for connection of motor to starter. (c) Foundation of pump set as recommended by manufacturer.

Supply and install , testing and commissioning electro chlorination plant, including piping connections, pump electrolysis tank, rectifier etc of out put capacity 50 gm/hr. Maximum treated water at 1PPM FRC dosage per batch of 08 hrs, 400 cum No of electrolysis cells - 01 No AC supply. Make - Electro chlor - 50 of perfect chloro system of Nagpur Aqua or equivalent.

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine Driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, engine as per IS 10001/10002 and alternators as per IS - 13364 complete with necessary meters and sound proof canopy of capacity upto 20 KVA all as specified and directed.

Fixing only galvanized concertina coil duly stretched, maintaining a dia of 600mm dia and spacing between two adjoining coil not more than 150mm, Concertina coil placed in Y shape angle iron post erected over boundary wall and fixed to angle iron with 3mm dia GI bearer wire, complete all as specified and as directed at site. (NOTE: Length of coil along the pitch shall be measured as one unit length) Note :- (i) Concentina coil shall be issued under schedule 'B' as free for fixing only. (ii) For measurement and payment purpose of concertina coil, length parallel to wall shall be measured where coil fixed.

Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m depp below normal ground level) with top edge plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20x4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of brass, 20mm dia GI pipe (med grade) for watering, 40mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for protection of earth trip, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type CI concrete pit, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast cover (54 x 54 x 5cm) duly reinforced with including 8mm dia TMT bar @150mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 8mm dia TMT bar, embeded in precast cover slab complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion.

DEFECT RECTIFICATION

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm & n exc 4 sqm with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame and removing to store

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (15 mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick finishing coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solventcement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. Make Rajshree or Syntex.

Providing and executing injection/pressure grouting in cracks in the parent concrete by fixing PVC/Aluminium nipples at 150 mm to 200 mm distance or specified distances as per design and detailed specifications. Pressure grouting using low viscous epoxy grout Conbextra EP 10(M)- Moisture insensitive epoxy resin injection material supplied in 1.5 Litre pack which can grout gaps ranging from 0.25mm to 9mm, having mix density 1060 kg/m3,Compressive Strength(ASTM D695)-60/mm2, Tensile Strength(ASTM C 304-97)-20 N/mm2, Flexural strength(BS 6319 Part 4)-45 N/mm2. Pressure grouting shall be carry out after surface preparations includes fixing nipples and filling crakcs with epoxy mortar one day before grouting, injecting low viscous grout mechanically about pressure 3.5 - 7.0 kg/cm² , removing nipple after grouting and sealing with epoxy mortar etc complete as directed by EIC. Payment shall be made on actual grout consumed. HSE Guidelines : Conbextra EP10(M) : Contains resins which may cause sensitisation by skin contact. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and inhalation of vapour.Recommended to wear tight-fitting, dust-resistant, chemical splash goggles if airborne dust is generated, Wear protective gloves. Wear appropriate clothing to prevent any possibility of skin contact. Barrier creams provide additional skin protection. Keep away from sources of ignition - no smoking. Maintaine ample ventilation.
