Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of LT under ground cables/ pipes/stay assembly and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan & 1.5 metre in depth for pole etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, with approved earth (retrieved from excavation after removal of grass, vegetation etc) including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in layers, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Sand cushioning in trenches/ existing cable trenches for cushioning of underground cable including spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in thickness, completeall as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying factory made (Make as approved by the GE) pre cast unreinforced concrete cable cover of class HV, type 1, with flat, size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing, light grade, 100mm bore for protection of cable, under road crossing, across drain, along electric pole or floor /wall etc, complete including taking out existing pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation & Earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, HT electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (Earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 core and including taking down old unsv, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, protection covers, protection pipes and jointing kits including jointing materials shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply, jointing and testing in repairs, cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint, complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11KV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185mm, 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, jointing and testing in repairs straight through(Outdoor) cable jointing kit (Heat shrinkable type) for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm and also including provision of aluminium thimbles, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out the complete routine test of Power Transformer 33 /11 KV prescribed below & thorough out servicing, maintenance and replacement of unserviceable spare parts such as, bushing with studs both HT and LT, Breather, Buccholz, Conservator Tank Glass and gasket etc of Power Transformers capacity 3.15 MVA, 33/11 KV including calibration of winding temperature Indicator and Oil Temperature Indicator of OLTC at 33/11 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Tests and inspection to be carried out (i) IR value test of all transformer and bushings. (ii) PI value test for 20 seconds and 120 seconds. (iii) No load current test. (iv) Magnetic balance and Voltage ratio test. (v) Short circuit test. (vi) Testing of tap changer. (vii) Tan/delta test of transformer. (viii) Testing and checking oil temp trip circuit, winding temp trip circuit, serviceability of bucholz relay trip etc (ix) checking the electrical/manual operation of tap changer mechanism, check the integrity of the active components /contact surface mating for all tap positions, voltage ratio test for all tap position etc (x) Check the functionality of auto tapchanger Motor including diverter switch devices. (xi) Calibration of OTI and WTI of the Xmer (xii) Functioning of all the tripping system/relays displayed on the control relay panel-such as differential o/c, earth fault, metering circuits and all other protection emanating from transformer - oil temp trip, OLTC trip, winding temp gauge trip, bucholz relay, inter trip etc, calibration of all the relays. (xiii) Testing of triping of buchholz relay and servicing, Testing and calibration of OTI and WTI of all the power xmer with R&C Panel shall be got done by the contractor from the authorised agency/ Rep of OEM or State Electricity Board as approved by the GE. Note: (a) Cost of all the testing equipment, labour charges to the Rep of OEM or Approved testing agency and other elements to make the entire system servicable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and only payment for supply only of the relevent items of the schedule shall be measured and paid for separately in case these are ordered and provided as directed. The make of the items /materials shall be as specified in the items and in case not specified, the same as per existing make, suitable to match with the existing eqpt as approved by the GE. (b) All the Test Report shall be submitted by the contractor duly signed by Rep of auth testing agency approved by GE for testing before execute the items for payment of RAR. (c) Pre-commissioning testing/inspection to be carried out with presence of SEI/EI.

Supply only HV porcealen bushes complete with brass stud and nuts, check nuts, cups etc., complete for transformers of 3150 KVA, 33/11 KV and removing burnt out/unserviceable item complete all as specified directed.

Supply only LV porcealen bushes complete with brass stud and nuts, check nuts, cups etc., complete for transformers of 3150 KVA, 33/11 KV and removing burnt out/unserviceable item complete all as specified directed.

M&L for Spray painting for the capacity of power transformers 3150 KVA, 33/11KV by preparing the surfaces and removing all type of grease, oil, dust and all other substance and applying one coat of approved colour synthetic enamel 1st grade finishing with light greay paint to main tank, Fins, OLTC and other parts of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Vaccume dehydration with hot filteration plant of old transformer oil at different locations, after filteration, Di electric strength shall not be less than 60 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode, complete all as specified and as directed. The contractor shall submit necessary Test Report for Di electric strength before dehyderation as well as after dehyderation from CPRI /Govt approved Lab as per relevant IS. The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for this element. Note:- (i) Transformer Oil after dehydration shall be measured and considered for the payment under the item. (ii) The contractor must have own one dehydrated hot Vacuum Filtration plant of miniumum filtration capacity 500 ltr/hr. Tranformer oil Filtration plant with a provision of oil test set for immediate showing result. The plnt must have provision of on load filtration. (iii) Dehydration is taken for 02 Nos 33/11 KV Power transformer, 01 No 33/0.433 KV station Transformer & 11/0.433 KV Distribution Transformers.

Supply only transformer Oil conforming to IS-335 of 1993 (make : POWER OIL/HP/BP) for toping up /oil change of Transformers of any capacity at different locations, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) The dielectric strenght of the transfomer oil shall not be less than 60 KV in 2.5mm gap electrode. (ii) Quoated rate shall also be deemed to include for testing of transformer oil from CPRI / Govt. approved lab as per relevant IS and submission of necessary test reports. (iii)Dehydration is taken for 02 Nos 33/11 KV Power transformer, 01 No 33/0.433 KV station Transformer & 11/0.433 KV Distribution Transformers.

M & L for comprehensive maintenance of 33 KV Isolators switch set of three at 33 KV Yard and taking shutdown from 33 KV S/S, disconnect from existing isolator carefully clean the male and female contact with CRC spray thorouhghly, tightening the nut, bolts and chek the female and male contact, clean and change the burn out insulator and apply petroleum jelly usage all the movable contact of isolator and repair or replacement all the worn out parts by new spare parts and reassembling the same in position and re-connecting the HT connection complete in functional order all as specified & directed. Note :- (i) Cost of spare parts i.e Female contact, P G Clamp etc shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) All the exising nut, bolt and washers of isolator should be replace with stainless steel nut, bolt and washers as per existing size at site . The cost of minor spare parts i.e nuts and bolts, washers , grommets, clips, pin etc essentially required to make the serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only Female clamp suitable for 33 KV line isolator switch at 33 KV Main receiving Station, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PG Clamps/T Connector including nut and bolt of suitable size made of stainless steel suitable for 33 KV grid, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete painting to steel gantry towers & beams, Vertical type structures, Horizontal Type structures, Steel tubular Pole 16 Mtr for Lightening arrestes and all cross arms section etc for 33 KV outdoor type switch yard at Adalpur Power House complete including all accessories and equipment, support, structrure including preparation of steel surface by scraping and removing all grease, oil, dust, rust etc and applying one coats best quality of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) All the painting work will be carried out in the 33 KV yard after proper shut down from WBSEB and as directed. (ii) All the painting work will be carried out as per direction of Engr-In-Charge/GE.(iii) Approximate Length of poles/Structures is 2800 RM.

S&F in repair synthetic rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652 suitable for electric shock safety of size 2m x 1 m complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for carry out the routine test of existing 33 KV CT & PT (Set of Three) such as cleaning dust of the insulator, tightening and replace loose and burn out nut bolts in primary secondary connection, repair of oil leakage by using of oil seal including prepataion of old suface by removing rust, oil, grease etc and applying one coat approved colour synthetic enamel finishing light Greay paint outside the oil tank and secondary box all as specified and directed.prescribed in below:- (i) IR value test of CT & PT, (ii) WR Value of windings, (iii) Polarity test of CT & PT, (iv) Knee Point test. (v) Turn Ratio Test of CT & PT. Note: (a) Cost of all the testing equipment, labour charges to the Rep of OEM or Govterment approved testing agency and other elements to make the entire system servicable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and only payment for supply only of the relevent items of the schedule shall be measured and paid for separately in case these are ordered and provided as directed. M&L for routine test servicing and repair/maintenance of 33 KV VCB type PCOB-36, 36KV/1250 Amp outdoor type VCB alongwith tripping system and carried out the following testing and repair for smooth operation :- (i) Testing of the IR value of breaker both in open and close position, (ii) Test the Continuity of breaker in closed position, (iii) Testing of Tripping and closing system of breaker, (iv) Sevicing and maintenance of spring charge motor, (v) Repair/Replacement of all burnout tripping & closing coil (vi) Repair/maintenance of Gear assembly, (vii) Servicing & repair/replacements of defective components of the breaker and panel, (viii) Functional Checks, (ix) Mechanism servicing and lubrication of the breaker (xi) Checking/repairing/rectification of the Control wiring, (xii) Power Connection checking and correction as required, (xiii) Insulation measurement of main circuit (xiv) Cleaning and greasing of mechanism, Operation, trip and close electrical and manual mode, Spring charging testing electrical and manual mode (xv) All the nuts bolts of VCB 33 KV shall be replace with suitable size of nut bolt and washers made of stainless steel complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for carrying out the testing and periodical maintenance of battery of existing Battery bank and battery charger as and when required using testing equipments including changing of terminals, greasing of terminals and pouring of distilled water, tightening of loose connection in panel complete all as directed and producing the test result for recording purpose complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) The contractor is required to carry out the battery Tester as completely. (ii) Testing of all battery in the battery bank shall be measured as 'one unit'. (iii) All test results shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engr-In-Charge before claiming/releasing of RAR payment. (iv) For the purpose of testing, contractor shall deploy all equipments and apparatus/instruments at his own cost.

M & L in replacement of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 12 core 1100 Volts grade, in the trenches /ducts/along wall / floor /pole/equipment /on floor etc, including taking out of existing cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of existing damage insulating material from LV Winding , Cleaning the winding and reinsulating the LV Winding with approved grade and make of insulating paper and heating the coil in the heat chamber to obtained desired result of insulating resistance complete and re-installation, complete all as specified and directed. .

Removing of winding of HV / LV side and rewinding with super enammeled copper wire/strip of existing size , gauge and weight of approved grade wire including necessary insulating material and heating the coil in the heat chamber to obtained desired result of insulating resistence complete and re-installation, complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No. 39 &40:- (i)This item is catered for rewinding of Distribution Transformers only. (ii) Contractor shall be open the core assrmbly and segrigatted the serviceable / unser winding and shown to the EIC before and after incorportation to the TFR . (iii) Rates are inclusive of Opening of Transformer Top Cover, lifting of Core Assy, transportation to & from Sub-Station to workshop & back incl testing & Commissioning of the Transformer after repair/rewinding complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Painting of steel pole with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for HT overhead line with single coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia RED circle with yellow colour numbering with synthetic enamelled paint and strip marking of THREE RED AND THREE YELLOW alternatively of width 15 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 90 CM height and providng three nos of Red ,Yellow & Blue of reflecting strip of 25 mm width adhesive PVC tape around the pole at suitable height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to earthing test point and including dismantling of old one, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 140 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 40 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead rotection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.

Dismantling of defective 11 KV VCB ,400/800 Amps, Indoor VCB panel (Make: SCHNEIDER/ Crompton Greeves), servicing, repairing / replacement (as directed) of the unserviceable items such as closing / tripping coil assembly, spring charging motor and gear assembly, master trip relays, supervision trip relays, over current relays, overhauling and including rectification of the electrical & mechanical fault by the Service Engineer / Authorised Personnel of the Company after necessary cleaning and providing silicon grease to all the moving parts, also including adjustment of all springs /relays etc, commissioning of 11 KV VCB Panel CT,PT, Relays, VCB testing including CRM,Timer,IR Testing in VCB and ratio primary, IR, winding resistance, polarity testing in CT and PT and secondary current injection with 03 setting & tripping test with timing in relays and applying control voltage & testing all scheme logic with on/off trip operation, also checking metering and protection and annunciation with indication kit, making the VCB Panel and Testing of CT ratio, polarity test and connection of CT100-50/5 +5A by primary injection complete and Calibration of IDMT relay over current, earth fault and under voltage 100-50/5 +5A secondary injection complete and Preparation of surface of VCB panel board cubical in shape and applying one coat of SFRC paint.. (including VCB, its components, entire system) 100% serviceable, complete in all respects as specified and directed. Note: - Cost of all the materials, labour and other elements to make the entire system serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and only payment for supply only of the items listed here-in-below shall be measured and paid for separately in case these are ordered and provided as directed.
