REPAIR/MAINT TO BOUNDARY WALL, BARBED WIRE, FENCING AND OTHER CONNECTED SECUIRTY WORKS AT TECH AREA AT AF STN DIGARU

Taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in (CM 1:4) with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and to be finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coat of cement base paint in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surface and applying one coat of cement base paint in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10 cm in width of girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over the high security boundary wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, surface channels not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, ( 1:2:4) (20 mm graded aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.
