Disconnecting HT & LT side cables of indoor/ outdoor distribution transformer capacity upto 125 KVA and earth strip from body and neutral of transformer mounted on two pole/four pole structure /staging and draining & collecting of oil in transformer oil barrel (free from any chemical content) ,dismantling of pipeline,conservator, HV-LV Bushings,opening of top cover , radiator , Tighting of complete tfr & re-tanking after fixing of new gasket and reconnecting transformer after complete repairs at site/workshop including installation & testing the transformer as per relevant IS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :1. Topping of oil , dehydration of transformer oil ,replacement of gasket , etc will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.2. Barrel will be arranged by the Contractor.

Material & labour for Repair,Maintenance of 11KV HT Potential Transformer complete including the following (a) Checking the serviceability of each PT unit of any capacity.(b) Replacement of defective parts i.e fuse of any capacity,connection wire etc and blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing with AP-3 grease including connection to HT panel and make the PT functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. .

Material and labour for cable route/path indicators made out of precast PCC duly engraved MES HT cable having PCC Pillar of size 900 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm, embedded 450 mm below groung level and 450 mm above ground level incl red colour of snowcem paint above ground level complete excavation and earth work , all as specified & directed at site.

S & F in replacement GI tubing, light grade, 100mm bore complete with all fittings for cable and earth continuity strip protection laid in trenches/fixed to poles/along wall/under road/across the drain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement 1100 VA inverter pure sine wave with 12V battery 180 AH capacity and trolley for battery all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular pole 11 mtr long (4/2 pole structure) excluding planting depth complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including brackets, clamps, channel etc. and including making alternative black and white strips on pole with synthetic enamel paint and writing pole Nos and including applying one coat of cement base paint on exposed surface of PCC coping and foundation block complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Checking ,testing and locating HT 11KV cable fault locating by using high POT fault finding Machine vehicle mounting on rent/ manually by excavation complete with route finder mobile equipment as finding out one fault on one cable route including cutting of road/ plinth/hard standing all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note; (1) Cutting of road/ plinth/ hard standing shall be included rates qouted by contractor NO extra will paid. (2) Excavation and cable joints shall be mesured and paid separately. (3) Required T&P shall be arranged by the contractor, The rates deemed included in qouote rates.

Surface cleaning/site clearance n exc 15 cm in depth in Sub stations area, trenches,sub station rooms, two pole/ four pole structure surroundings to make a over all presentable condition all as directed by Eng In charge.

M&L in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 11 KV of size 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.
