Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing in replacemnt of LT Panel out door type factory made , water and vermin proof protection of suitable size made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of suitable size vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron suitable size in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories and also including removing old exisisting one complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned down thickness of sand shall be measured for payment purposes.

M & L in repair for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm.

M & L for horizontal boring mechanically across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80/40 mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid separately in respective item of sch'A'.

S & F in replacement of hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 4 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable size of cable lugs/glands, fixied on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed.Make: Hensel/Syntex/C&S

Supply and fixing in replacement power factor correction capacitor, 15 KVAR, heavy duty cylindrical type 440 volts 50 Hz complete including taking down old unserviceable capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia( THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. GI Electrode Shall be tested from CPRI.The earting pit should be cover with pcc(1:2:4 , B1) cover ,of 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : After completion earth resistance shall be recorded with earth megger and the record should be submitted to to department duly signed by contractor and Engineer in Charge.

Removing existing PCC / cement concrete / tile flooring / interlocking paver blocks / stone slabs carefully, including stacking serviceable materials for reuse, and disposal of unserviceable debris.Reinstating the surface by providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate of required thickness for refixing original tiles/paver blocks to match with existing level, line and finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed.
