Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All kinds of soil.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in:

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing.

20 mm cement plaster of mix :

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

a) Two coats.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification.

a) One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

a) Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 Sqm).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/Sqm).

Dismantling G.I. pipes at all floor heights taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Cutting /Pruning branches of trees for avoiding entering houses and obstructing colony lighting and electrical wire free passing and disposing the cutting pieces away from the compound to the dumping ground as directed by the engineer-in charge. (Pruning/cutting of each branches for each tree will be measured as one job)

Repairs to the existing PVC/Wooden doors/windows by removing and refixing the same after attending necessary repairs etc. with necessary screws, nails ,hinges etc including welding etc wherever required complete to make it working condition (Each door/window irrespective of size will be measured for payment. cost of Hinges, handles and other accessories if any will be paid separately).

Cleaning of existing sanitary pipe alignment of 160/110 /75 mm dia in vertical and horizontal direction of all floors and all heights by opening door bend , clearing the deposited obstacles including rodding and refixing the doors with new rubber washer and jointing the same job includes replacing door covers bolts and nuts wherever required to arrest the leakage all as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge(opening of each door bend and removal of blockages including above operations will be measured as one job.)

Rebate for taking away unserviceable material after fixing new material etc., complete a) 15 mm brass bibcock / stop cock/pillar cocks

Cleaning of terrace / canopy/ chajjas by removing leaves grass dust, rubbish and other deposited / accumulated materials etc including removal of blockages/chockages of khurras/spouts of terrace/chajjas etc and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground out side periphery of the building. (plan area of the terrace/chajja/canopy will be measured for payment)

Cleaning of Under ground water storage tank or sump or over head tank of any capacity by following method: (1) Empty the tank/sump and make it to near dry, (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly ( tank capacity @ 0.50gms/liter) surface of inside the tank/sump perfectly by removing scales on walls and wait for one hour (3) after one hour clean/rinse at the tank/sump with fresh water ,repeat the above process , (2) and (3) for two to three times , (4) remove the mud/silt/sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump, (5) spraying anti bacteria agents on walls to kill harmful bacteria. Rate includes for all above operations including the equipment and material required for cleaning all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

a)Liquid capacity of water tanks of any capacity in litres is measured for payment

Repairs to pvc flush tank with replacing the lever or handle wherever required including changing the siphon set including cleaning the dirt, scales, adjustment in the flush mechanism etc, complete. Repairing as above for each tank is measured for payment.

Cleaning of existing Gully chamber for removal of blockages including removing the silt , slush,, waste etc and rodding the sewer lines and nearest manholes by manually to clear the blockage, chokages etc for proper functioning of sewer line ensuring smooth flow etc. (Cleaning as above for each gully trap chamber is measured as one job)

Providing and fixing MS clamps with flat 20 x 3 mm to existing C.I./PVC pipeline of diameter 75mm to 100mm with necessary screws, nails including wooden plug and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (each clamp with wooden plug is measured for payment)

Dismantling existing aluminium partitions, doors and other frames including proper numbering, loading and unloading, stacking and placing at the required place in the building as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . (Area of partition is measured for payment)

Fixing of aluminum partitions and doors after making required sections as per the drawing with available material of aluminum sections , particle board, glass panels, neoprene gasket and snap on beading including fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc, aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight , mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required all complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (The available material as above on as is where is basis in stacked condition will be supplied by the department at no cost. Finished area of partition is measured for payment)

Replacing existing damaged sanitary pipes by providing UPVC SWR soil waste and vent pipes by cutting, removing, replacing with working pressure 6kgf/sq.cm conforming to IS : 13592 Type B including jointing with 'T' shaped seal/rubber ring conforming to IS : 5382 and with solvent cement or rubber lubricant as the case may be with pipes of outer dia (concealed pipe joints to be jointed with rubber ring and solvent cement and exposed joints to be jointed with rubber ring and rubber lubricant. Carting out of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled, excavated or waste materials by mechanical means, through private carrier including lifting, loading, transporting, unloading to municipal dumping ground beyond 50 m initial lead, or in any other compound as decided by the Engineer-in-charge, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning of blocked Nahani trap / floor trap for removal of blockages including removing the silt , slush,, waste etc ensuring smooth flow etc., and applying white cement on the flooring around the trap and fixing the grating with white cement and disposal of all unwanted material to the approved municipal dumping yard and wherever required to arrest the leakage from tile joints all complete etc., and as per direction of Engineer in charge

Cleaning of existing sewer lines, manholes etc. Cost includes all labour for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer lines and manholes by mobile sewer rodding equipment/manually from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, chokages etc for proper functioning of sewer lines( The payment shall be made for removal of blockages in between manhole to manhole as one job with all above operations.)

Colouring of flag post of 6.00 meters height by removing post from the platform colouring it complete and refixing the same into the platform with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 5mm thick Acrylic sheet for windows (instead of glass) with sis screws wherever necessary including racking out the old putty and filling with sealent and packing it as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Repairs to the existing door closer by reducing the speed, by tightening the screws or by replacing the lever spring by engaging carpenter etc all complete as per the directions of engineer in charge.
