Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Executed in any one year during the last five years 2020-21to 2024-25 the following minimum quantities of work 1.Earthwork in both excavation and embankment (Combined quantities) combined quantities 57199.00 Cum 2. Stone Pitching Revetment:1762.00 Sqm, 3.Constructing dry rubble rock-toe using rubble stone chips 540.00 cum

Satisfactorily completed at least 90percent of contract value in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 as a prime contractor, at least one Similar work such as Construction of Tank or Percolation tank work of value not less than Rs. 80.04 Lakhs. The weightage of 10percent will be given per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2025-26

Achieved in at least two financial years during the last five years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.320.15 Lakhs.Financial turn over of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring to them to the price level of the FY 2025-26.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 44.16 Lakhs Credit lines or letter of credit or certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5 - B) Where, A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N, Number of years 11 months prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B, Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 11 months (11/12 (0.916) year i.e. period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited.

Section 3, Qualification Information

The contractor shall quote the rates without adding GST either materials or works contract Service.GST payable by the Contractor under this works Contract will be paid to the Contractor separately over and above the Contractor s bid amount. The increase if any in the GST shall not be paid in the extended period of Contract for which the Contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the Authority.

As per the Govt Ltr No MID/233/MISU/2024 10 dt14/03/2025 the cost of work should not exced the grant provided of Rs. 250.00 lakhs for this work hence contractor shall note that, the work will not be awarded over the estimated amount of this work.
