Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth, getting out the excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material soils to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the straight point

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm as in any type of soil.

Material and labour for sand cushioning using dry and clean tibba sand in two layers, first layers of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts including consolidation of each layers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) for cable protection laid flat and dry in trenches over cable perpendicular to direction of cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out defective cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor from trenches shifting serviceable cable for relaying and depositing unserviceable cable in store yard of AGE B/R (AF) BKN located at a distance of 1.5 KM( Approx) complete all as specified and directed for the following:-. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, earth GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and of earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber and cover in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of CI cover and frame etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 (Part-I).

M & L for comprehensive maintenance for a period of 09 months of a DG set of capacity 320 KVA comprising diesel engine ,AMF panel and micro processor based control panel. however on monthly basis one electrician and one DG set mechanic will visit the site and entire monthly check shall be cariied out to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-chargeTaking down the unserviceable spares / parts required for the periodical service / maintenance of 320 KVA DG Set 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50HZ. Draining out the old engine oil, filling of new engine oil, top up of coolant, cleaning and washing the oil sump with kerosene oil to make it free from dust and unwanted particle. Cleaning of radiator thoroughly with soda ash powder, top up of coolant, greasing and lubricating all mobile parts and making it fully functional and testing the same on full load in the presence of Engineer - in - Charge. Note : (a)Spares parts/engine oil and coolant required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule. (b) Contractor shall detail technician to attend breakdown of any type with in the period of contract i.e. 272 days inclusive of all sundays and holidays. (c) Minor parts requried also included in the rate quoted. (d)The list of unserviceable parts along with DG Set Serial Machine Number shall be entered in Measurment Book.

Material and labour fro Spray painting front and back side of panel size 1.20mX1.20m and two side of size 1.20mX0.50m and top surface of LT panels with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after scraping, removing of old paint complete all as specified and directed.

S& fix PVC cable end terminal box outdoor type, 14 x 14 cm, PVC door, provision for cable incoming and outgoing from bottom, comprising of one MCB SP 6-32 Amps cable glands suitable size and one porcelein connector four way complete fixed on wall/pole.

Dismantling of cross arms, supports, clamps and back plates incil nut bolts washers, any shape or size as indicated complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Existing MS work is of different sizes and fixed at different locations. While dismantling, ACSR conductor shall be loosened properly as per direction of Engr-in-Charge . (ii) T & P required for dismantling shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

M&L cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and incilusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint , including necessary minor items like nut bolt, washer ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs 40mm thickness, 2nd class hardwood plankS, n exc. 25 cm in width and fixing on angle iron frame of 2/4 pole structure, screwing with existing iron structure complete suitable length laying adjust one by one including one coat of paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified. Note: Width and length of plank shal be as per existing / as directed.

M&L removing/ cutting unwanted plants, grass, bushes etc., girth not exc 30cm, removing to outside MoD land, making good disturbed sufaces and cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.
