Material and labour for applying evenly one coat of bitumen primer on roof surface conforming to IS-3384 of 1986 @ 0.30 litres/sqm. and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.6 kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per sqm top of membrane with mineral gravel finish.
