Earth work excavation in all classes of Soils and Sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering , bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the Departmental officerswith an initial lead of 10mts and initial lift of 2mts and clearing and levelling the site etc, complete complying with standard specification. Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying , errecting and Centering for Side and Soffiots including necessary supports for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 -13cm dia.spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications for Pavement Drain etc., Complete.

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / TMT tor steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc., Complete complying with standard specification in force per Kilogram.

Reinforced Cement Conrete1 : 11/2 : 3 (One Cement one point five sand three aggregates) using 20mm gauge hard Granite broken stone jelly including cost of curing, etc., complete as per standard specification

Filling in Basement with wellgravel including cost and conveience and Labour Charges etc complete

Brickwork in cement mortor 1 : 5 (One Cement and five Sand) using best quality of country bricks of size 83/4x41/4x23/4 including all cost of materials and Labour Charges including Curing charges etc., Complete as per standard specification.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one Cement and four sand ) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications

Laying with first quality pure Ceramic tiles 600 mmx 600mmx 8mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3(one part of cement & three parts of sand)20mm thick and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Ceiling Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:3 Mix (one Cement and Three sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications

Painting two coats with ready mixed cement paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Daddoing with first quality colour glazed tiles of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two Sand) and pointing with white cement neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
