M&L for dark shade vitrfied ceramic tiles 10mm thick area of tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20 mm screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 complete including dismantiling floor hearth/wall tilling including cement mortar beddding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to I.S 1161-1998 grade St-240 including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 1.25 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall clading, steel gates and similar works , cut to size , holes punched; incl round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded or welded seams incl bending or turning up, mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, height n.exc 20m, fixed with self tapping screws complete including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, from roof covering/vertical clading from hangar height n.exc. 20 Mtrs all as specified and directed.

Fixing only pre painted galvalume plain sheet in repairs of any colour as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Dismantled sheet shall only be reused under this item)

S&F in repairs, 1.25 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 including welding work or solderd joints etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as direted by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F as in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed with walls including PVC clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of 10mm thick clear transparant polycarbonate sheet as in sign boards cut to sizes as required and fixed in the sliding arrangements of frame work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F of vinyl sheet as in lines, dashes, arrows, lettters etc in any colour and size not exc 60 cm height on any colour vinyl sheet pasted on transparant polycarbonate sheets all as per manufacturers instructions and as specified and as directed by Engr-In - Charge.

M&L in re-writing or repainting on wall surfaces, letters of figures (Block Romen,Italic or Indian) not exc 60 cm high using syenthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as direted by Engr-In - Charge.

M&L in re-writing or repainting on wall surfaces, Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc high using syenthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as direted by EIC.

M&L in re-writing or repainting on wall surfaces, index hands (natural size) or arrows (up to 40Cm long) using syenthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as direted by EIC.

M&L Cement concrete Type C -2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate)in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts including demolition of plain cement concrete and pavings (unreinforced) in any position exc. 15 cm thick and removal of the same outside MD land etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Clean sawn second class hard-wood in scantling, complete including dismantling unframed work timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as direted by EIC.all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F as in repairs 25mm dia Low density poly ethylene black colour pipes fixed on wooden frame work using screw, nail etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F as in repairs 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer incl preparation of new wood surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of plastic vinyl sign figures, letters with reflective yellow colour tape on DTGMs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces complete all as specified and as direted by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in 1:4 complete including demolition of Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed by Engr-In - Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed well bounded bedded and solidly hearthed and built in CM 1:4 including demolition of Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for keyed pointing in CM 1:3 to random rubble walling uncoursed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In - Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, parapets etc and applying two coats of acrylic exterior paint over a coat of exterior grade primer (Brand Apcolite Apex manufactured by Asian Paints or equivalent), as per the manufactures instructions and as directed, removing the loose materials and filled with crack sealing compound of approved make.

M&L for providing, cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in copings and necessary form work complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge
