SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (SCHEDULE OF ITEMS)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (Group A)

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, 2 way piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. (Note :Power Point)

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.5/6 Amps Switch

Note : Light fittings will be under Sch "B" store.

Fixing only Exhaust fan of any sweep/type incuding making all electric connections complete all as specified and directed.Note : Exhaust fan will be issued under Sch "B" store

Supply only Exhaust Fan Steel Body 300mm sweep Heavy Duty 900RPM Make: Havells/ Bajaj/ CG/ Anchor

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including GI wire of size 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, washers etc made of and connected to test point and earth dolly and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, pre cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM jali (weight not less than 4.0 kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel, with wire mesh, 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe, test point etc complete all as specified and as directed.
