Repair to pot holes, exceeding 30mm depth, not exceeding 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming, and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer ( Paving Bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-30) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface, putting in & including bituminous premix bituminous macadam and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm, laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense mix concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness, with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The minimum consolidated thickness will be 30mm. However it may be increased at places to maintain the camber as per the site requirement and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. The contractor must visit the site before quoting their rates.

Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving Bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-30) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Grabing up vegitation, grass and surface dressing n.exc. 15 cm average depth as in side berms of road and like works in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr. In Charge .

Preparation of old ,plastered or unplastered surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spots of stone or concrete kerb stones, any width or girth, applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint in different tint, over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described , complete all as specified and as directed

Bituminious speed breaker of size 70cm to 75cm width & 14cm thick in curvelinear profile made out of SDAC (Semi dense ashphaltic concrete) and designed so dynamically and compacted that it can bear maximum load on it. The shape and length shall be as required and as directed by Engin-In-Charge.

Marking lines, dashes, arrows, letters using stancil like STOP, GO etc of any description exc 10cm width/girth on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair delineator having two high performance 100mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70mm x 23mm fixed on both sides of guide post made of ABS plastic and fixed on powder coated steel pipe of 1010mm height (Approx weight of 1.76 Kg) including necessary earth work in any type of soil, including block of size 300x300x300 mm of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Model DA-74 of Dark eye or equivalent model of Greenlite / Oscar / Siner Infrastructure / 3M.

Taking out carefully before resurfacing of road and refixing after resurfacing of road , same Road studs / cat eye of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m from starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr. In Charge.

PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings, benching, bed block, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs round or chamfered on edges, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.
