Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, ramp, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on brick masonry surface or other than fair surface of brick surface in cement mortor 1:4 to be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plaster surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gram/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over 3 mm thick wall care putty on new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished, flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item No 9 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spaces and hinders etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls beams and columns in floors, roofs and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank of 2000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part -I complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying CPVC water tubing outer dia 20mm, SDR-11 grade and plain CPVC SDR -11 fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as in item No. 13 above, but 25mm bore pipe.

Supply and fixing CPVC 20mm Brass Elbow (3/4 x 1/2) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing CPVC 20mm Brass Tee complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, finishing the surface even and fair as in sub base of path and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive way or light traffic, parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/ shape , made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete with mechanically means in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) for RCC tank complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or up 15mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and the like all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix glow sign boards made of retro reflection type high intensity prismatic grate sheet in single/ twin colour fixed over aluminium sheet 1.5mm thick in circular shape (area exceeding 3 sqm but not exceeding 5 sqm) framed with 25mm dia round pipe chromium plated stainless steel hollow section fixed to stainless steel tubes of 40mm medium grade square/ round pipe including stainless steel nuts and bolt on each side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hosted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I with and including ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for 25mm dia iron pipe and fixed hoisted and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix perforated rectangular precast RCC concrete drain covers of size 900mm x 450mm x 75mm heavy duty, fixed over storm drains, trench drains etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and Labour hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, water and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed broken brick.

Material & Labour 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, finishing the surface even and fair as in sub base under flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 50mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, finishing the surface even and smooth as in plinth protection and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having Tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as item 62 above but plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A) in joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently as in rafter and purlins without connecting plates, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in Hard/ dense soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface all as directed
