Material and Labour for 2nd class hard wood (well seasoned) scantling clean sawn as in unframed work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of untreated new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, with a coat of pink primer.

M&L brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone agg mixed with WPC all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 , mixed with water proofing compound, on brick or concrete surfaces, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement with WPC in two layers. WPC paid and measured separetly complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying wall care white putty thickness not less than 2mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying wall care white putty thickness not less than 2mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified ( Note: screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm/ 600 x 300 x 7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match and over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L 25mm thick for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to PCC floor/ tilling etc all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete Type-C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base/ plinth protection complete.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape with grey cement and pigment size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness,M-35 Grade laid over 50mm thick sand cushioning. Note :- sand shall be measured and paid separetly.
