Proof from bidder (eg. Bill, Inspection Report, CRAC report etc.) alongwith work order having sucessfully delivered of similar goods/Items of value of 100% of the estimated value in the last three financial years. OR Satisfactory delivery of similar goods/items of value not less than 50% of estimated value as a single order in the last three finanical years.

Upload scanned copy of terms & conditions of tender documents duly signed and stamped.

In a tender, either the Indian agent on behalf of the Principal/OEM or Principal/OEM itself can bid but both cannot bid simultaneously for the same item/product in the same tender.

If an agent submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same agent shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in the same tender for the same item/product.

The Financial Bid will be opened only for those bidders whose Technical Bid is found complete and confirm the above eligibility criteria.

If any need arises to verify, the scan copies from original then the same will be produced by the Bidder before the opening of Finanicial Bid, failing which his bid will be rejected.

Any condition/documents of regarding rates attached with technical bids shall not be accepted.

Page Numbers/Serial Numbers and signature of tenderer should be marked to each and every page of Tender Documents and other documents attached.

Any corrigendum, if any, will be uploaed on University website. Only revised bid will be accepted after corrigendum, if any.

The scanned copy of terms & conditions of this tender documents duly signed and stamped must be uploaded, failing which their bids will not be considered & rejected.

In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above informatio/ douument (s), the Tender will be summarily rejected without giving any notice.
