M&L in repairs, for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet, comprising with the following treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish n exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm. Note: Water proofing compount will be measured & paid seperatly.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

M&L for special treatment to sunken portion with 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC liquid complast 421 and applying one coat each of Nittoproof 100 and Nittoproof 120 on plaster surface. Rendering again 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with complast 421 in sunken portion of WC and CI pipe joints shall be filled / jointed with mixture of cement, fine sand and Nittoproof 130 and provide hole in the wall and fix 600 mm long 20 mm dia GI spouts light grade, PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) filling, floor area of WC/bath upto 1.5 Sqm etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rates include for drilling of the hole RCC @ 1.00m centre to centre, to a depth to a length of 30 mm and fixing of PVC pipes of dia 15/20 mm laid dry and grouting with cement slurry mixed with can bax 100 chemical with pressure grouting with minimm 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut Cudappah stone slab, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, including roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by hacking, picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring,(size of kota stone slab 22"x22") laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing including removing dust complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick prepolished granite stone slab of approved shade and colour Jet Black / Telephone Black as in table top, top of WHB, kitchen slab/platform, steps, gate pillars, cills etc or on vertical surfaces including vertical projection, including full round moulding the edge, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, jointing , pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite and rubbing polish to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding, mirror polishing the edges of stone slabs provided in steps, cooking platform and similar work all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles (shade as approved by GE) of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7 mm thick, as in dado, skirting, risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for nonskid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, shade as approved by GE, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles,10 mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 0.42Sqm, shade as approved by GE in floor etc laid over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 37 above but in dado / skirting or on vertical surfaces, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 .

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonary surfaces or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or concrete surface, finished even and smooth with sagol complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
