Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position, including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land) , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles ocomplete all as specified and directed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in ready mix mortar on walls as whole or in patch on any faces of brick/concrete finished even and fair without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in concrete, brickwork, masonary etc (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, mass filling , sub base and the like complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6. type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) finished fair and even with out using extra cement and including joint filling with mastic filler as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Cement concrete Pre polished chequered tiles 30cmX30cmX25mm thick machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and cut and pointed with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed. Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

S&F mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framedguard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

M&L for 1.25mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required all as spcified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Concertina Coil fencing with punched type concertina coil 600mm dia 10m openable length, having 50 nos rounds per 6m length, up to 3m height of wall with existing angle iron and tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15 thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick black granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window-cills, cooking platforms and like in including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl polishing and rounding of edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels, landings, coverslabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified..

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, ending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks for hold fast, coping, benching etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles or throating including form work to concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width/girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of redoxide primer including preparation of surface.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed .
