Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10metres and lift of 2metres in all kinds of soil except mediumrock, dense medium rock and hard rock requiring blasting including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick, watering and consolidation and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places as shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift. cleaning,levelling the site etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.20B)

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five sand and ten aggregates) using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing etc. complete as per Standard specification

Providing steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1:10/1:20 up to 3.29m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee beams, bed blocks, Culvert body walls, deck slabs, retaining walls, staircase, Landing slab, landing beams, canopy etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90mm x60mmx10gauge stiffened into welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cmx 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 15cm c/c including cost of nails, ropes, all labour charges and incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP Spl. No.154 A)

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one cement and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for Reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of shuttering, and cost of reinforcement but including cost and conveyance of materials to work site, all labour charges and incidental charges for mixing and laying concrete,finishing the surface nearly rough, compacting using vibrators, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP No.30)

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position of steel reinforcement using mild steel (or) ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending rods, tieing into grills, placing in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.( TNBP No: 15886)

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Paving the floor with Marobonite of all Colour approvel make and quality and colour in C.M 1:3 20mm thick and pointing with cement using 2.2kg/sqmincluding finishing, jointing etc. complete.

Weathering course with concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.3 by volume well beaten with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water as per standard specification as directed by the departmental officers

Terrace flooring with hydraulic pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in CM 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing of MS grills for doors, windows and ventilators as directed by departmental officers including cost of MS grills, red oxide primer one coat and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification- B class S.S make

Special ceiling Plastering with c.m 1:3 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to the site and all labour chargea etc complete -10M2

Plastering with c.m 1: 4,( one cement ,four sand ) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to the site and all labour chargea etc complete -10M2

White washing walls two coat with best freshly burnt white shell lime including cost of lime, brushes, gum, best quality of blue powder and other materials, scaffolding charges and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Colour washing walls two coats with best shell lime and added with necessary colouring pigments including cost of lime gum, brushes and all other materials, scaffolding charges and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Wirinng with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V garade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch inflush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light/fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)(SD 22)

Wirinng with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V garade in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mmx100mmx113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5A3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection by 14 SWG TC wire and Making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC Plug point(SD 38)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator, with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm(18")(SD 106)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting(SD 87)
