M&L for non skid Coloured ceramic tiles coloured 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular)area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm ,in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L glazed colour ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc. laid / bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for 20mm thick granite on kitchen platform and similar work over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid over sand stone slab machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
