Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections rubbing and scrapping with sander grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller on old treated/ complete removal surface of wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & l for preparation old surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots all and applying one coat of cement base paint with roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including primer on old painted surfaces of wall of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller on old treated surface of wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 15mm thick in two layers of 10+5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with Water proofing compound (10mm thick in bottom and 5mm thick with WPC in top layer) for external walls , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. WPC to be measured and paid separately. 2. Work has to be executed to a height of 4 storey.

M & L for taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed withWPC for internal walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water Proofing Compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs for Heritage regular flakes finish which is made from china clay, pigments homo polymer emulsion and bonding agent acrylic emulsion top coat (Gloss/Matt finished) based on solvent based polymer 0.8mm to 1.2mm thick single coat as per approved shade, as per manufacturer instructions and apply on vertical surfaces of walls,columns, pipe, soffits of beams amd chajjas etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Writing letters or figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) not exc 30cm high, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE :The periodical services will be executed as per requirements of the follwing buildings as below :- (a) Bldg No :- CC-106 to CC-137 (b) Bldg No :- CC-48 to CC-92 (c) 'A' Mess, 'B' Mess,followers Qtr, Schollar Warrior Qtrs (e) Camp,Demo Sqn,Vindhya Vihar (f) HC Md Accn, SC Wing, JC Wing

The quoted rates shall be deemed of include following provisions:- (i) Removal of plants/ trees of girth n ex 30 sc from roof tops/ sides, external walls of bldg, Chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/ CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/ slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-O of cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/ taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/ staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground lever complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department . The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (iii) The debris including vegetation plant/ trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n. exc 1.00 km all as directed by engineer –in-charge. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out above work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted rates shall be deemed to include the same. (v) All works to be executed upto a height of 04 story buildings. (vi) All works to be executed only after erecting double scaffolding using 'H' frames.
