Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving’s not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate as in post holes including use of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, compound wall, drains etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laterite stone masonry of squared ruble, regular coursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The construction work will be at any place in camp area, accessible road is not there; material should carry by manually or mechanically will not be allowed for paying extra.

All as per serial item No 5 here in before but except stone.

Extra over laterite stone walling of squared rubble masonry, regular coursed for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on laterite stone walling surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus spoil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams; copings and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - The rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved).

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparing new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying three coat of white wash including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for broken glass coping in cement mortar 1:3 on top of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel work in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining and re securing including making good staples etc. for galvanised steel barbed wire fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix barbed wire fencing, galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) Each line wire to be measured. (ii) The construction work will be at any place in camp area, accessible road is not there; material should carry by manually or mechanically will not be allowed for paying extra.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of anti-fungal, weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, cornices, pilasters, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of anti-fungal, weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of plastered or un plastered old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices, pilasters, etc. by complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repair chain link fencing supplied under serial item No 26 here in before including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.
