New Construction of Mijhauna Jamrehi link road in km 1,2,3(300)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from local pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of Subgrade and Earthern Shoulders with approved material obtained from local pits with all lifts and leads spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement table 300.2 as per technical specification clause 303.1 including stablization with 2% slaked lime including its mixing with rotavator complete two layer.

Providing laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification stabilized with 4% cement including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer(Pug Mill) carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, l

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumin pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Air compressor as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a sutable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Sepecification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material. (S.I. no. 251)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand approved quarry from the site of work & including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No- 255)

Concrete with 4 cm (1.5") gauge stone ballast fine local sand of 1.25 Fineness modulous and cement on proporation of 1:3:6 in foundation and under floors including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Brick masonary work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 600,1200 & 1203 (Brick masonry in 1:4 cement mortar)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) mm thick on brick work in substructure as per techinical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204 (S.I. no. 17.58)

Supply & Laying of Hume pipe S & S Type in position with cement and sand mortar in 1:2 withsun including labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of by the Engineer-in-charge N.P-3-Type (a)350 mm dia.

Supply & Laying of Hume pipe S & S Type in position with cement and sand mortar in 1:2 withsun including labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of by the Engineer-in-charge N.P-3-Type (a) 1000 mm dia.

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost (0.0% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost (0.75% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost (1.50% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost (2.25% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost (3.00% Construction Cost)
