Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparing surfaces of old roof slab and cleaned of all foreign materials such as fungues, moss, dust etc, by wire brushing dusting, sprinkling water on the surface and ensure water does not stand any where. If it is so, the roof surface shall be levelled then surface shall be painted with one coat of cold aplied bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr per sqm, applied over primed surface APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm)land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (using stone 40mm stone aggregate) as in roof incresing uniformly towards ridges to obtain a chain slope 1:40, the top shall be trowelled with the addition of jaggery solution and finished sooth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid/beded over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on sufaces of roof, joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid WPC @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg and including flush pointing as work proceed with same material complete all as specified in clause 11.27.3 of MES Sch Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles( old serviceable tiles obtained from demolition/ desmantled item shall be reused) laid/beded including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of roof, joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid WPC @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg and including flush pointing as work proceed with same material complete all as specified in clause 11.27.3 of MES Sch Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un re-inforced) of any description in ground floor and pavings Nexc15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab (not exceeding 45cm depth of sunken) as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :- (a) applying 15 mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on raised verticle surface. (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing lose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet coving of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls. (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and verticle surface. (e) Provision of glass fiber mesh of 2 x 2 mm immediately on above coating. (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs. (g) Cement concrete 1:5:10 over the coating as per requirment. (h) Joining the saintary pipes with the water proofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm. (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and saintary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout complete as specified. (k) 40mm bore dia, 450mm long HDPE pipe to provide for out let pipe. Note: (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge.The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the work. (ii) Plaster shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) PCC filling under sunken area will be measured & paid separately.

M & L PCC (1:5:10) using 40mm graded burnt bricks aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete or as in sunken floor complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for rendering to sunken slab floor and vertical sides 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using water proofing compound @3% weight of cement as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern (ISI marked) of 10 litre capacity including 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe connected to water closet with inlet, ball valve, float and handle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, 'P' or 'S' trap, including connection to trap and flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc including provision of PCC (1:5:10) type E2 in filling, making good to floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, sheet cover complete.

Shotcreting average thickness 25mm in RCC columns, beams ,slabs and Chajja etc in layers with approved design mix (minimum cement content of 350 Kg/Cum on M-25) concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary protland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 6 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including Chipping of unsound /weak concrete material 25 mm average thickness with manual chisel and /or by standred power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapping of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc. including removal of rust by applying approved rust removal chemical & the coating with Dr Fixit epoxy zinc primer@ 6sqm/ltr at DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of 100microns as per specifications and disposal of debries for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
