Taking out and servicing of window/split type air conditioner cap- 1.5/2.0 Ton incluiding cleaning/removing all dust/mud, oil and other foreign particle with compressed air/water jet from grill, screen filter at indoor unit and condenser fin, evaporator fin at outdoor unit using detergent solution or chemical solution complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for flushing, pressurising the system , leakage testing, vacuumization and charging with refrigerant R -410/R-22 (suitable as per requirement) after rectifying leakage in the system vaccumising and dehydration as per standard practice including testing in all respect for folowing capacity split type air conditioner complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and servicing of electric driven single phase water cooler of any cap incluiding cleaning/removing all dust/mud, oil and other foreign particle with compressed air/water jet using detergent solution or chemical solution ,leakage testing of refrigerant,storage tank leakage testing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for painting of water coolers of Cap - 150/150 Ltrs by cleaning old deteriorated exterior surface and necessary prepartion of surface by scrapping rust, grease, dirt etc before applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by using spray painting technique to match with existing colour at existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Ditto all as per Srl Item No 8 here in above but of Water cooler capacity 80/40 Ltrs.

M&L for servicing of exsting servo voltage stabilizer three phase upto 10KVA capacity incl minor repair such as internal wiring,indication bulb etc incl disconnection from supply and restore electric supply after minor repair/servicing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Dehydration of transformer oil for servo voltage stabilizer after disconnecting all connections and taking down from mounting structure or foundation and placing in a safe and dust free zone as indicated and removing the tank plate cover without damaging anyother parts and drying out the oil and pouring into the dehumidifier aparatus at site in front of Engineer-in-Charge and after dehumidification process, re-filling of oil into the oil tank , placing at existing position after covering up with sheet cover without making any leakage by providing adequate cork sheet packing etc, testng of oil and confirming the di-electric strength more than 30 mega Ohm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Filling up transformer oil for servo voltage stabilizer for top up after removing oil tanks cover plate carefully without damaging any kind of parts by arranging all kind of safety measures, testing after filling up and confirming the di-electric strength not less than 60 KV Ohm as per IS Standard complete all as specified and directed.
